Margaret River Bakery

I was recommended to visit this bakery during my trip to Margaret River, and I must say, it did not disappoint! The real star of the show was their cinnamon roll (although it was so popular that it had sold out when we first tried to get it, and we had to line up early the next morning to snag one).

This place always seems to be bustling with activity. We waited in line for about 25 minutes when we arrived at opening time. In addition to the cinnamon roll, we ordered an oat latte, fruit danish, almond croissant, breakfast burger, sausage roll, and chicken pie. Every single item was of excellent quality!

The staff here are incredibly friendly and patient, which added to our positive experience. I'm definitely planning to visit again the next time I'm in the area. I highly recommend giving them a try, and if you're lucky, make sure to sample their amazing cinnamon roll!

Enjoyed this bakery for breakfast. On a weekday we visited, tables were nearly full and we had to wait a while to find.

I had the sausage roll and it was amazing. The flavours were just nice. Also the cinnamon bun was very good!! Not very sweet and neither is it too tough.

I generally enjoyed this experience.

Do I recommend this to friends and family? Yes, absolutely!

We have been travelling around trying every bakery on our route, we were recommended this one by friends and my oh my, blew our socks off.
Best bakery in Australia.
We will be back tomorrow for one last visit so we can dream about it for the rest of our lives.

Very nice place for breakfast. Lots of toasties, sandwiches, pastries and pie. There are seats out by the patio or good for takeout as well.

had the most delicious and authentic tasting cinnamon roll in the past decade. Croissants were also crispy and on point without being too sweet. Average AUD7 per item. Worth it & would definitely get it again the next time I visit this part of Perth!

Somebody in Perth recommended us to visit this bakery while in Margaret River and it did not disappoint. I can honestly say this is probably one of the best bakeries I've ever been to! The bacon and egg bagel is to die for, as well as the cinnamon scroll. We also ordered a chicken focaccia and almond croissant, which we ate the next day and were still so delicious. We also came back the next day for iced coffees and tried the vegemite and cheese scroll, which was insanely good. Can't go wrong ordering anything here! 🤤

Do not miss this stop! I could honestly sit and indulge here all day long. The atmosphere, selection and service from ALL of the staff was incredible. They have this place organised in every possible way. It looks like chaos- that’s how busy it is. But oh my everything was Quick!! Buzzer system for coffees and table service for food, well planned out to cater the masses that leave the place with arms full of goodies.
Coffee is divine and the food selection is endless, it was such a hard decision to only pick one thing. Takeaway only on weekends, with everything eco friendly and sustainable packaging. Well be back, every day, of every margs trip 🤩

Cute bakery in the heart of Margret River with a nice atmosphere to sit and relax. A large variety of food options, including healthy and vegan options. I had the mushroom and halloumi bagel which was absolutely amazing. Coffee was also great. Highly recommend.

We popped into Margaret River Bakery for a quick lunch as we passed through the area. The quiches we tried were excellent and the perfect quick feed fix. Everything in the cabinet looked really delicious and if we hadn’t filled up on quiche, we definitely would have tried more of their goods. The balcony dining area was very cosy and comfy with lots of vintage couches and a lovely view. If we are ever travelling in Margs again, we will be back!

A must visit whenever heading down south, the best atmosphere, service and food. It’s amazing every single time.

The place in Margs for awesome toasties, pastries, pies and coffees. There's a queue even early in the morning but it moves fast. Service staff are personal, attentive and always with a big smile. You don't want to miss this but it's open early morning until 2pm only. Highly recommended!

Loved their sourdough and bakes so much we returned the very next morning. Cinnamon scroll was super fluffy and soft, albeit a little sweet, but still one of the best I’ve ever had. Ham & cheese croissant can’t go wrong, and their carrot cake was delish too.

Surprisingly their coffee was really yummy. A real gem and a must visit when in the area.

I don't say this lightly, but this is the best bakery in the whole of WA. Every single pastry and coffee we had was absolutely out of this world, and considering how packed and busy they were, they were pumping out orders at lightspeed and we got our order within 10 minutes! I'm obsessed, please get a branch in Perth city ❤

Without a doubt, it’s the most amazing croissant I’ve ever had! That delightful moment when the flavors of bacon, egg, avocado, and the bread blend together is truly exceptional. I wholeheartedly recommend it.

This cafe looks quite unique from the outside. It was so busy when we went on weekdays lunch time. The decor is mixed of vintage things but some things are modern. Everything on the display looks amazing, I would say way above most cafes. It was so hard to decide what to get from the display. When ordering we saw this big batch of beef bread rolls which looked so fresh and amazing so we asked for one. The menu itself is quite limited for a cafe, so I ended up ordering avocado smash with additional eggs because all I wanted was egg and some cooked veggies but there was none in the menu and it was the closest I can get. Also my husband was tempted to get this massive chocolate meringue. I have to say the beef roll was amazing, bread was so nice, and the sauce in it has sweet taste which complement the roll really well. The avocado smash was so beautiful, everything in it was seasoned well, avo has lemony taste to cut through the saltiness. It was the perfect big breakfast. They did so well. The chocolate meringue was so sweet, I didn’t want to eat it but maybe that’s just how meringue is. Overall amazing cafe, so nice to sit at.

Cutest bakery in town!! They have vintage couches on the deck where you can look out over the trees lining the Main Street in Margaret river..simply a must if you are in the area! They have delish baked goods, sandwiches and some gluten free options too

This place has the best coffee and breakfast pastries selection. It gets packed real fast so it will be advisable to come bright and early.

Would drive down 3 hours from perth just for the cinnamon scrolls. Finger lickin good!

Truly, what is there not to love about this place! Great, helpful staff. Delicious, vibrant, colorful food, great atmosphere. All you have to do is bring the friends. We happened to be in town on holiday, this was THE breakfast stop that we needed....after the wine tour.

Just a wonderful way for us to start our day. If you're around and questioning if you should pop in...do it! You won't be disappointed and their logo merch is DOPE!
