I had the most wonderful shopping experience at Victoria's Secret, all thanks to Jemma who assisted me! From the moment I walked into the store, her warm and friendly greeting made me feel welcome and comfortable.
What stood out the most was her patience and willingness to cater to my needs. She listened attentively to my questions and concerns, ensuring that I left the store with items that I absolutely loved and felt confident in. She went above and beyond to create a personalized shopping experience, making valuable recommendations that I hadn't even considered.

I was lucky enough to be served by Ivett during my visit and she was so lovely and helped me find the perfect bra size which rarely ever happens for me elsewhere. She was incredibly patient and sweet throughout the process and made me feel super comfortable which isn't always easy when it comes to bra shopping. Loved my experience with Stef, my friend is bigger chested and finds it hard to find bikinis in her size. Stef was understanding and non judgemental and checked the back to find something that would fit and still look nice. My friend found her first bikini in her size thanks to Stef, the whole experience she had exceptional customer service skills and was down to earth. I personally have dealt with staff at VS being quite judgemental or unhelpful but Stef was anything but that. Give that girl a raise this is the kind of staff you need working here! Thank you Stef, you made my friend's day!

Went on a public holiday and despite it being busy, a salesperson named Korishma (I'm not 100% sure if i spelled it correctly! Sincere Apologies!) was really patient, attentive and supportive of my mum who was there to get fitted and was very selective. Thank you for all your help!

Dropped in to get a few Christmas presents at VS southwarf DFO and experienced the most wonderful customer service from Nathan. He was like my own personal shopper helping with explaining the products and Xmas deals. He was such a delight and nothing was too much trouble. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Went into this store yesterday as im obsessed with their perfume, Nathan was absolutely amazing, his customer service was oustanding, his confidence in knowing the products and selling them was amazing. Was truely such a great experience walking into this store. What nathan didnt know is that i was having a bad day and his bubbly and warm personality that he brought into his workplace made shopping there so much easier and less stressful. Will 100% be returning to this store.

I bought some bras and panties here. There is a good selection of products available. All of the staff were very helpful, especially Lauren who helped me with choosing the right size and adjustments for the bras.

Para mi sorpresa, 4 mujeres estaban trabajando ahí y su servicio fue excelente, especialmente la chica más nueva que fue servicial y agradable todo el tiempo. Todas tenían una actitud amigable y me ayudaron a elegir un par de bras al mejor precio. Me fui de ahí muy contenta. Espero que mi experiencia sirva para que otros se den la oportunidad de ir a VS en South Wharf.
