Hepburn Springs Brewing Co.

Went for a drive for the day to Daylesford and Hepburn Springs, this place is a must visit for a drink if you want a bit of a chilled atmosphere, lovely surroundings just up the hill from the springs! Had the gin paddle board with a vast selection of gins to choose from which are paired with the recommended garnish, mixer, and ice… Also had tasting platter too… Service was excellent and friendly!

The property is beautifully hidden up from the main road to Hepburn. Well equipped and clean in every way with many amenities and an excellent kitchen. The views are gorgeous but you are secluded from the world. Perfect for couples on a retreat. The staff were very helpful and friendly but unobtrusive. Would thoroughly recommend checking out this property as it was very comfortable. Would come back in a heartbeat!

Stopped here for a couple of lagers and the tasting platter. Excellent service from the lovely staff. Sat outside with our dogs and they were lucky enough to be given treats!

We drove past, did a u turn because the place looked clean, tidy and inviting! Well aren't we glad we did. What a super place to spend sometime. From the cleanliness to the amazing service from Jayda (I think that's wrong but similar) and then a chat with the owners....it was just fantastic! Jayda was very knowledgeable and was very aware of her RSA and advised that the paddle of beers may very well put someone over the limit depending on the length of time we stayed. We have booked to go back Sunday to do some more tasting and enjoy the beautiful atmosphere.
If you are looking for a wonderful week end away then come on up/down. They own the beautiful accommodation next door as well.

Very delicious beer! The staff are lovely and also very accommodating for our fur child too! It has a great homely vibe and we enjoy every time we go there!

Incredibly welcoming establishment. The beers were fantastic. Each one tasty but the service was outstanding.
You could feel the passion they have for the brews and we cannot recommend this venue highly enough.

Because it was previously a day spa, it sports an interesting layout for a brewery , with a reception and multiple private rooms.

Don't come here if you're after a meal however , they only have snack platters and the like, though those too were nice.

We've absolutely loved this anniversary getaway!!! Helen and Nick are super hosts, who are really interested in their guests, and made us so comfortable and welcome. Everything was perfect!!! Thanks so much!!!

Probably one of the best experiences I’ve had drinking beers in Australia hands down. The owners are so attentive and so welcoming it makes you feel very homely but also very modern at the same time. It’s must see spot if you’re near the Hepburn Springs area!

If you want warm service and a cold beer, this is the place to visit. Run by a lovely couple in the beautiful town of Hepburn springs, this place is a must visit if you are close by.

My husband, son and I had a weekend away at Hepburn Springs and ended up spending half our time here, because we loved it so much! We were so comfortable and made to feel very welcome. Great service and the beers were delicious - and I don't usually even drink beer! We highly recommend this place. Thank you for looking after us and for the wonderful experience!

We booked mostly for the accomodation but we were very happily surprised by the brewery it self. Very quirky home style tap house with excellent views and very unique seating arrangements. The service was fantastic. Good humour and very informative when required. Even a couple of cheeky kookaburras hanging around. Beer is excellent so I grabbed a carton to take home.
Accomodation very clean and comfortable too.
100% will return.

An unexpected find. What this place lacks in having flash equipment front & centre, it more than makes up for it with charm & personal experience. Nick, Helen & the team were amazing hosts, making you feel at home whilst serving up amazing beers & toasties to match. Well worth the visit

What a great place to sit and enjoy high quality beer. A highlight of our stay, the customer service was excellent and so too the surrounds.

Sit on the back deck or out the front and grab a beer paddle with your choice of 4 beers to enjoy. We’ll worth it.
