Snowballs Ice Cream & Lollies

This wonderful shop in Newport has assisted Williamstown Little Theatre for several years now and we couldn’t be more delighted with the friendly, helpful service and the quality of their chocolates and lollies. Just walking into the shop makes me happy. A special shout out to manager Luna for all her help.

Set in a family friendly neighbourhood in Newport. Cheerful staff and clean shop. Its like going back in time to the old fashioned sweets and lolly shop I use to know as a child. Specialist in Australian Owned Allens, Allsep and countries like NZ, UK, USA, Holland, Germany. Gluten Free options. My children easily spent time browsing and selecting from huge options. They also make their own delicious Choc Top and they stock the best Ice Cream Cake! Highly recommend a visit. Affordable Prices

A step back in time when I walked into this beautiful Lolly Shop. My childhood treats were everywhere. It was just magic! Though, now I can only eat gluten free lollies the large selection of tasty yummy gluten free and vegan treats did not disappointed. From the old "mates" lollies to the new "Whittaker Chocolate" there truly is something for everybody. The staff are so friendly and Luna the manager is a delight, warm, welcoming and always so happy and helpful. Highly recommend to bring the family down for an afternoon ice-cream. Will definitely be back!

Absolutely love this shop from the moment we walked in… it’s like the mini Willy Wonka candy store of Melbourne… complete with Wonka bars! And I absolutely love its Choc Top! Snowballs’ ice cream (using Everest ice cream) dipped in dark chocolate … my favourite is the liquorice Choc Top 😋

The best Lolly shop in Melbourne. They have a huge selection to choose from. The service is super friendly and inviting, makes me want to stay even longer.

Absolutely adore this place, has been around for decades with a huge selection, decent prices and friendly staff. The lovely young lady today served me swiftly and helped look for my selections and took my details so I can be contacted when my chosen sweets were in next. Great place to explore when in Newport. The shakes are delicious.

Good selection of candy with reasonable price

Good place to stop on your way to the beach with ice creams and milk shakes. Everything you could expect to find in a lolly store at great prices. Chocolate milkshake was great! Best in town by far. Have been open for 13 years. Lollies from the USA, the UK, New Zealand and of course Australia. Also have soft drinks from other countries.

If your a conasour of confectionary this place is the bomb. They have many very difficult to find chocolates. I am addicted to a few I cannot find any place else so frequent this place..
