Awesome place for a camp and swim. The last 500m of road is a little bit steep, best to have a 4WD but we made it back up in dry conditions with an AWD without any trouble. 2 picnic tables and two fire pits are there, nice sandy part of the river with some waist deep areas even during this drought

Very beautiful, secluded. Need a rugged vehicle to get there. Probably unaccessible when with wet weather.

The flies are a deal breaker for me though. Turned around and went somewhere else.

It has changed a lot since we were there a couple of summers ago but still beautiful. The beach has become more river rocky so not as nice on your feet. Bring water shoes if you have them.

Awesome place, need a 4x4 to get here. Made it in my X-Trail but getting out was difficult.
