Delicious! Seafood was fresh and each dish had its own unique flavours! Loved the mussels! Overall a great experience. Will return.

We celebrated my brother's surprise 21st birthday in the Bay Room at Pier Port in Port Melbourne, and I can't speak highly enough of the experience. From the moment we reached out to Rachel to book the venue, the service was exceptional—professional and effortless. Jake, the manager for the night, was amazing. He ensured everything ran seamlessly, from accommodating our many requests, for extra chairs to orchestrating the surprise entrance of the birthday boy, Issiah. His attentiveness throughout the entire evening from the start of it & right to the end was outstanding. Couldn’t have gotten anyone better to take charge!

The food was delicious, continuously served and consistently impressive—a solid 10/10. The venue itself boasts a captivating atmosphere, with its beach view and ample space. The DJ setup & birthday set up complemented the spacious dance floor perfectly. Additionally, the nearby outdoor smokers' room, offering glimpses of the dance floor, was a perfect fit for the night.

Dylan and Hailey, the bartenders, also delivered exceptional service, adding to the overall enjoyment of the evening. A huge thank you to the entire team at Pier Port Melbourne for an unforgettable experience. I cannot recommend this venue enough—10/10 service all around!

Went for a private function here. The food, drinks everything was great and all the staff were great and helpful. Atmosphere is great especially combined with the ocean view and great sunset! Thank you guys :)

Had a great long lazy Sunday lunch with interstate and regional friends. Perfect location for us all, and we were given a great table with wonderful views. Food was good and the wait staff were all fantastic, we had a lot of fun with them. We will definitely be back.

This beachfront restaurant is simply amazing! The views of the beach are breathtaking, the food is delicious. The staff are friendly, and attentive. And there was live music. I highly recommend this place for a relaxed and enjoyable dining experience. 5 stars all the way

A massive thank you to Rachel and her amazing team. I hosted a book launch at the Pier and they could not do enough to help us. Nothing was too much trouble. They were so helpful in everything we did - from bringing equipment up the stairs for the event to working out the AV to designing the menu to lugging stages here there and everywhere. The venue is just gorgeous as well. I looked around Melb for a venue to host this event and this was the BEST! Don't spend time looking, just go and see Rachel and she'll look after all. She is amazing. As is Jake and the rest of the team. Thank you for making the night such a spectacular success.

Great spot for a meal- gorgeous water views, friendly staff and delicious food. Great range of dishes. Have eaten here a few time and no matter what dish you have, it’s always fresh, tasty and hot. I could not rave enough about this establishment..
I took my mother and my grumpy toddler to dinner here for my mother's birthday on 12/04.

Our waiter Steven was an absolute delight. He was so helpful with my little guy by offering him a colour in menu and getting him some tomato sauce.

The atmosphere was awesome. Music was nice and just loud enough to be heard but not over powering.

And the food OH MY GOD!!
We had ½ a dozen Kilpatrick oysters. My mother said they were the best she's ever had and she I'm her 60s so that's a big thing.
She has a lobster roll that she raved about that too.
I had a blue swimmer crab linguine soooo good.
And we shared a fungi pizza "chefs kiss"💋
Even my little ones cheese burger was super tasty, so tasty that he actually ate most of it..

I had a watermelon mojito that was really yummy.

We will definitely be back... Thanks so much team 😁

What a great place to have a function. There's security, amenities. A nice sized place. The parking was okay with street parking along the front and beach. I highly recommend this place for your next function.

Highly recommend steak, chips & salad. The steaks are of high quality & extremely tasty... Probably the best steaks I've ever had. And service was great!

Fashion and chill place that have our lunch (dinner or get a beer would be more awesome) . Have order the pork belly and chicken burger. Let’s talk about the pork belly, great skill with roast the pork that crispy skin with the juicy well done body. Especially the sauce, peach and apple with the vinegar (I guess), it’s first time I try this sauce that the oily time could be resolve. The other one , fried chicken burger, would more like South Africa style. Have a bite would feedback you many layer favor, the best burger in Melbourne!

Had my birthday dinner here because it was recommended by a friend and it did not disappoint. Had the snapper and pulled lamb pizza, NY cheesecake and sticky date pudding. All of which were really delicious. The staff were wonderful and friendly. We will definitely return.

I had my 40th bday day here. Food, staff and service was amazing I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a venue for their special celebration. Thank you Pier hotel for helping make my birthday perfect!

I took a group of very important clients to our business, to the Pier at Port Melb. I was so glad I chose the Pier.
The food, service & drinks were all first class. Our waiter Dylan was brilliant & looked after us all day. All the meals were brought out promptly, and importantly together.
Our clients had a great day together and were very impressed with the Pier.

Every aspect of this place is outstanding. The food is delicious, the customer service is amazing.

Fantastic staff.. very friendly. Big open space and lots of light. Not noisy so easy to chat with your group. Great outlook to the bay. 👍🥂

We were very impressed with the way our large group booking was handled - these people are professionals when it comes getting the food out and the individual bills sorted with no fuss. The menu is also excellent and caters for dietary preferences with the specials board reflecting this. Desserts with an individual touch were memorable. Bright and welcoming atmosphere right on the bay. We’re going back and have already recommended Pier Port Melbourne to friends.

I’ve been recommended the beef burger a few times now and I had to try it out. It did not disappoint. Looks like a simple burger but was absolutely amazing! On a random note I loved how they gave us u solid amount of sauce! The service was also amazing and the atmosphere was nice and cozy, perfect place for lunch or dinner

I've just had my 60th bday 🥳 upstairs at The Pier and can't rate it enough!! Dave there owner and the staff were exceptional!! Nothing was to much trouble... 20 stars out of 5!!!!!
