Megan Steers is an incredible world-class pelvic floor physio. I’ve seen her after all three of my births and always walk away with insightful background knowledge and helpful activities. The kind of stuff you can’t just google! She is the most recommended pelvic floor physio amongst mums in the local area by far and it’s for good reason. As a result, it can be hard to get a prompt appointment but if you go on the cancellation list, something sooner always comes up.

The receptionists at Sports Physio are also very professional and will always follow up with appointment times if you’re on the waitlist.
