Eight Willows Retreat

Had a night stay at their two bedroom chalet. It’s an extremely pleasant stay. Rooms were clean and well furnished with branded white goods like dish washer (which they request you load your dirty wares before check out), oven, stove and microwave.
We stayed at chalet 11, it’s very private with sheltered parking right infront.
The only slight inconvenience is the shower, as my nanna is 80 over years old, hopping over the bathtub was slightly daunting.
We loved everything about our stay! And would highly recommend it.

Cannot fault anything here. It’s an amazing spot and we were lucky enough to have chalet three which looks over the water. The spot is beautiful and the service was impeccable. Incredibly happy with our stay.

It’s located close to all the regular fun spots (especially kid friendly ones) down south.

Great and easy walking trail to take the kids on for kangaroo spotting and photos.

I didn’t stay there I just went there for a wedding but the service was awesome, the waiters were really nice and the receptionists were really kind too! They helped me figure out where the wedding was. There are a bunch of couches on the lawn facing a beautiful view of the lake and the forest edge. There’s also a pavilion but I don’t recommend going there at night bc there are ALOT of flies. But it’s really aesthetic and pretty to look at :)

I’m a wedding photographer and I always love shooting weddings at Eight Willows. The day flows well with the couple and guests staying on site.

The Bush Chapel is awesome for ceremonies, and there’s an great vibe by the water during the afternoon and evening at the function area.

There’s ace photo locations within walking distance of the reception area.

Also, big shout out to their wedding/functions manager Carly - she is an absolute weapon. Everything runs so smoothly, she has awesome energy and always does the little extra things behind the scenes to make sure her weddings are as good as they can be 👍

We recently had our wedding at Eight Willows Retreat and it was an absolute dream, from the beginning right up until the end. We cannot fault anything about our experience, massive thankyou to Ari for bringing my vision to life, Yvette for managing the guest and our accommodation so effortlessly and the rest of the amazing team who made the day possible. Eight Willows are so familiar with local vendors which makes planning super easy on all ends, (definitely recommend booking local vendors). The location is so beautiful, there was no need to travel for photos as there are so many gorgeous photo opportunities on the property. The function centre is perfect with a stunning view. Having most of our guests stay on site was so convenient and we were able to extend our celebrations for more than just one day (so many guests loved this option too, especially the ones with children). If you’re feeling anxious or stressed about your wedding, then be assured that the team have you covered, I was so relaxed and so proud to say that the day ran so smoothly, we cannot Thankyou enough, so so grateful for you guys.

My friend’s hosted their wedding here. We stayed in a Chalet, open-living that was fully self-contained featuring fully equipped kitchens, washing machine and dryer, spa tub, dishwasher and air conditioner. Wifi included
The landscaping is breath taking as it’s situated in natural bush land and over looking the river. Just peaceful and relaxing atmosphere

Had our wedding here this past weekend and we can't speak highly enough of this venue. The service and their attention to detail was above and beyond, and really helped to make our day as perfect as it was.

So beautiful. Rooms were great and clean, comfy beds, we were there for a wedding. The service was excellent and amazing food. Close to everything. Would recommend.

Held our wedding at this gorgeous venue. Amazing location, beautiful rooms and the function centre for our reception was fantastic. Our function co-ordinators and the staff during our planning process were absolutely amazing and waay to communicate with. Service on the day and evening could not be falted. Fantastic accomodation and location. Yvette and all the staff we came across were very helpful and friendly. Combined with great weather it made for 4 nights of luxury and great fun.

We came over from the UK to attend a wedding as well as stop in one of the chalets. The location is lovely and peaceful, and the bonus of seeing a kangaroo go past at the wedding really made our day as well as the happy couples day.The chalet was lovely and comfortable, and if we should return to Australia in the future another visit will be on the cards for a longer stay and explore the area.

Wow!! We got married here a few weeks ago and I could not get over how incredible all the staff were, the grounds and location. Carly helped with everything and I had zero stress on the day, they handled everything and brought my visions to life. We got married here mid week this week. The venue is incredible. We really love the bush retreat feeling, and it's exactly what we were looking for when picking a venue.
Part of us choosing this location was the ability to have everything in the one place, especially for our interstate guests.
Thank you to Carly, who was our coordinator. She made the whole process easy, ensuring the day ran smoothly. This allowed us to relax and not worry about coordinating our vendors while getting ready.
All of our guests commented about how gorgeous the venue is and what an amazing day our wedding was.
We can't wait to come back and stay here again.

My husband and I got married in a intimate, low key ceremony last week at the bush chapel. Our day was just magical. Our family and friends stayed at Eight Willows and all commented on how lovely the accommodation was. Our room had a beautiful view over the lake, bathroom was lush and room had everything we needed. The Residence for our reception was just perfect! Carly was very helpful with any questions I had and helped the day run smoothly. Was the perfect venue for our special day :)

My wife and I got married here over the weekend and we couldn't have asked for a more perfect day. The whole team at Eight Willows went above and beyond to help us create such a memorable occasion. Carly is absolutely fantastic and made sure everything ran smoothly right up to last minute changes. The accommodation is to die for, from the comfort of the beds to the views regardless of which chalet you stay in. Our guests were blown away and many including us have said we will definitely be back. Thank you again team.

A 2 night stay with my family (4 adults) in this little sanctuary was just enough to feel replenished and refreshed but still left me wanting to stay a couple nights more. The beds in our 2 King Chalet are so good and the location is very tidy. The resort is in between Yallingup and Margaret River with about a 20min drive in different directions, which was close enough for a drive but further enough to have some peace and quiet. There were a couple wedding functions held during my stay, this place looks quaint and lovely for a wedding. I do, however, wish we booked a chalet with a spa/bath! Would've been amazing. Thanks for having us!

I stayed at Eight Willows Retreat as a guest at a wedding held there. There is not enough room on this page to say how perfect the entire experience was. The bush Chapel service, the ambiance of the surrounding bush setting, the beautiful reception area down at lakeside & the benefit of staying in the on-site country accommodation. (5 Star).
I gave my wedding guest experience 11/10.

Still my favourite place to stay in Margaret River. Excellent value for money.

We have only amazing things to say about EWR, the staff and the accommodation. Every one of our guests were over the moon with the venue, the accommodation, and the bar staff. Everything for our day was just perfect!
