After a bad experience at a larger party chain store on the morning of my daughters 4th birthday, quickly rushed in here and the lady couldn’t of been any more helpful and was able to do our ballons there and then! Thank you so much you made a very upset 4 year old super happy!

Ann was so helpful and lovely to deal with when sorting us out for a custom Trolls balloon centrepiece - they absolutely nailed it and at such a great price. If I had gone to the usual chain party shop up the road it would have cost me so much more. Ann's daughter was also so helpful helping me to get some pretty large balloons in my car on a windy day! Googled a party shop in Essendon this morning & came across Complete Balloon Decorating, I walked in, they were friendly & helpful, I picked out a beautiful balloon centrepiece which was ready within 15 minutes - magic! Value for money! Good old fashion service you don't always find anymore!
A balloon even popped as I was walking out & they happily fixed it up on the spot for me with no extra charge.

The woman was extremely rude from the minute we entered the store. When she wasn't able to assist us and we asked if she knew anywhere that might have what we were after we were told to 'google it'. Appalling attitude to customers.
