Student Living - Vivida

Perfect location near Swinburne University, walking within 5 minutes to reach supermarkets and the Glenferrie train station. The staff are very kind and sweet especially, they always give quick responses to my requests upon the maintenance of equipment and also other live trifles. They are very friendly and caring about the renters. I am very willing to recommend this accommodation to my friends and other students.

Amazing property where you get every single dollars value that you pay. The team that manages the building is professional, help with fixes as soon as possible, are approachable and helpful.

It's located close to woolworths, coles, KFC, taco bell and many other restaurants, but best of all its right next to Gleenferrie station.

I never had a single problem from moving in, living there or vacating the room and getting my bond back in full on time.

If you live at Unilodge Vivida, you are at the right place. If you are considering moving there, I'd say go for it!

Been with UniLodge since 2018, and management has changed over the years, which has resulted in mixed views from residents and past reviews.

The previous customer service manager was out of his depth, miscommunicated with residents, forgetful, just incompetent in being a manager. However, with the new manager Ash, I can say he has improved my final year experience.

Ash’s has always been straightforward, helpful and friendly with dealing any inquires or problems I’ve had, making real efforts into helping residents out. UniLodge is in good hands with Ash as the manager.

I find Vivida lovely to stay at, the vibe of your own little studio is unmet and definitely a go to if you are more independant or more of an introvert. Along with the charming space you get to know others in the building with UniLodge-ran activities which are just lovely, definitely gives you a bit of a social life. I obviously cannot leave out the amazing customer service and kindness which I was met with during my stay at UniLodge Vivida. Ash was so kind to me and whenever walking through the lobby I found myself often stopping to chat or seeing him having a chat with the other residents. He seemed to really care about our experiences and helped out in whatever way he could whenever was needed. Thanks Ash!

Used to live here 2016-2017. Probably one of the best places to be if you are a student in need of a smooth transition to the Melbourne life. 10min commute to CBD as the Glenferrie train station is literally 1min away with all Belgrave, Lillydale and Alamein trains stopping there. Plenty of good restaurants and food outlets within walking distance. Nicely built studio rooms with a nice view facing the Melbourne CBD with an extremely helpful staff. Was my first home in Melbourne and absolutely loved the place ❤

One of the best Student Housing apartments I have lived in. The Manager was extremely nice and cool and would stay here again if I decided to come back and study.

Great location - right next to train station, market area and Swinburne University, reasonably priced, adequate facilities, on-site reception during business hours and after-hours staff also available on call.

Visited a friend near Swinburne. UniLodge was clean and organised, would recommend.

Great location and the staff members are very helpful, and they offered a lot of help during this pandemic.
