KFC Ferntree Gully

This is the best KFC in Victoria. Keep doing what you're doing. I've visited about 30 different KFCs in the state and this is consistently the best. So tasty.

Normal service from underpaid teenage staff. I've had the occasional wrong order, upside down burger, personal hair in my chips, no serviettes. But at my age I've lost a lot of respect for doctors and policemen, and I'm not even that old. I go here often and it's been a good experience over all. Keep up your hard work, you deserve more for what you do.

We went to kfc Saturday 7/10/23 There were 4 adults 2 kids. We were served by Cooper. We changed our minds a few times and he was so great with helping us. He smiled and got our order perfect. His reception and attitude were exceptional, nothing too much trouble. The counter was really busy it he didn’t get flustered, just did his job perfectly. Thank you Cooper. You LYou

This place is amazing for after working up an appetite heading down with your bf or gf have having an afternoon snack. Nothing cannot beat this place. Always craving the original recipe burger with fries and drink! Literally the one of the best meals you you'd get, always brings back childhood memories and plenty of memories to come!❤

Best KFC franchise I have eaten at. Paid a compliment to the young staff when I was leaving to let them know what a good job they were doing.

It's what you expect from a KFC. Food was so greasy, the box fell apart, but it was as expected and as wanted

Although the wrap i was after wasn't available, there were other yummy choices. Not sure why on last two visits we never received any serviettes or spoon for eating potato and gravy with. It just meant we had to eat at home rather than in the car. Otherwise everything was great!

Having seriously stuffed up my order (drive through) for a birthday dinner last week, she ensured an entire replacement and apologised profusely for the error.

On 16/3/19 at around 9:45pm my sister and I came through drive thru after ordering online and although there was a wait on our food the staff were really nice and even added an extra large chips and a tender to our meal so we'd just like to say a big thank you! As an employee from fast food myself, it was nice to see good customer service.

Made an order, which was missing a go bucket, the manager replaced with 2 go buckets.
Very helpful and nice to replace 2 for 1.

I went to kfc at lunch time today and the zinger box i got today was the best i have ever had in my lifetime and thats saying a lot cause i have one every week on god no cap

Delicious moist hot tasty bird deep fried to perfection and then consumed down the throat for a satisfying fix of Kentucky fried chicken in Ferntree gully.

They get the order correct nearly 100% of the time and at the better end of quality as far as KFC is concerned.
Wait times are usually very good even when they're busy.

Store is great, have been there several times, chicken is always hot, not dry and chips are always fresh and hot

Always fast service and everything is always fresh. Never had old stale chips and staff are usually pretty nice too.

Yummy food that was fresh and hot when recieved in drive-thru. Customer service at the ordering window was excellent, with a very friendly and happy member of staff having served me. No delays in drive-thru at time I went.
