International student here who bought a mattress from Bedding Warehouse.
Firstly, I had great comfort the first few nights on this mattress.
Secondly, I experienced amazing delivery service. After I had already received the order, my request for a change of mattress size was answered immediately and got delivered the same day.
I am deeply grateful to the whole team and will definitely recommend them to others.

Good online purchase experience, with a few ambiguities but I was able to place my order without any glitches.

When I called customer service, I received a call right back after. Alan was super helpful, we had a chat about why I made the online purchase and during this conversation, he helped me realise, I actually needed a cheaper mattress. He was onto it right away, added refund notes to my order, fixed up my invoice, added delivery notes and a day later, the charge to my bank account was modified to reflect the cheaper mattress price. Mattress was delivered the exact day I had asked for in the order.

Barny is really nice dealing with customers. Affordable and good quality product. I bought the bed head and bed base. I realise bed head won't fit in my room after purchase. Next day I went to the shop and explained him situation and without any hassle I got my refund back.

Alan was absolutely fantastic with my requests for a custom made innerspring mattress for both myself and my wife's truck, he made sure everything was made to ensure a comfortable night's sleep whether we are travelling together or separately.

Barry was very helpful with my parents purchase of a new mattress , only took a few days from order to free delivery, he even included the slats for an additional $100 and screwed the slats into the bed frame . Very friendly, definitely recommend

I Purchased 3 mattresses from here and the quality is amazing. I love the fact the mattresses are double sided so that you can flip them over ever few months. You can’t do this with store brought mattresses. The price compared to the otter retails is definitely worth it. The owner Barry is very lovely and helpful and I would 1000% recommend buying from this company. 👌👌

OMG 😲 I finally found a double sided affordable comfortable mattress. The gentleman at the warehouse shop was very friendly and knowledgeable. Excellent. I found exactly the mattressI was looking for, high quality inner spring, that would stay cool. Nicest mattress I have come across at a very reasonable price. Very helpful and informative service too. Also found a quality, high and soft pillow that wouldn't flatten during the night. That alone has been a long search to find. Open on Sundays. Highly recommended.
