The bin rooms are much cleaner than a year ago.

The apartment facilities are great and the apartments are quite spacious for Melbourne CBD. The 1* reviews appear to be about individual airBnB operators and are not reflective of the quality work that the building managers do.

Bella and the team are a exceptional team- very responsive to queries and lovely to speak to. They always say hi and feel very welcoming, adding to the community feel of a great building with exceptional amenities!

The apartments are great, location is prime (not too close to the action but also not too far away) facilities are well maintained. On-site property manger is very friendly and helpful.

Very friendly management, answers calls and enquiries very promptly. Facilities in the building such as the lounge, spa and BBQ is a great place to chill.

It's clean, it's complete, easy access to public transport, near to the famous Queen Victoria Market

A little small but that's expected of city apartments I guess. Seems like a lovely little community with beautiful Japanese inspired decors and amenities, however, access to the common area's a lil inconvenient for those living in the other two buildings. I also like that the buildings aren't too tall, 9 storeys max and the building managers are awesome!

Well built apartments - a bit on the small side. There are actually three apartment blocks - all with Japanese names.. this one the Ikebana.
Apartments mostly face onto Dudley Street with a few having balconies that look out to Spencer Street across carwash place in front.

Newly constructed houses. Good management. Less sunlight at lower level units.

Good management apartment with pet friendly conditions

El apartamento en el que estuvimos tres días en mayo de 2018 en la planta 6ª es precioso, bien ubicado, con una terraza excelente, grande y moderno, con casi todo lo necesario en cuanto a menaje de cocina y con dos dormitorios. Pero falta algo de atención en los detalles (la limpieza no es escrupulosa que digamos), y la recogida de llaves fue un tanto confusa. Tiene buen parking, muy útil en Melbourne, y en 10 minutos te plantas andando en el CBD. Lleva menos tiempo incluso llegar al Queen Victoria Market. Precio ajustado, pero si sales en fin de semana hay que pagar en efectivo, lo que es un engorro.
