Clean and tidy Woolies very close to the Hoyts cinema

I normally shop out in the suburbs but this Woolworths tops them all.
Well stocked, good prices, lots of items discounted, good array of items that are well laid out over the store.
Isles are wide and provide good traffic delivery.
Staff friendly.

SPARKLING NEW WOOLLIES RECENTLY OPENED IN DOCKLANDS
This latest Woolworths Supermarket in the rapidly developing Docklands is a welcome addition to the amenity of the area.
Easy access via the carppark within the same building - and free if you are in and out within 90 minutes!
Being new, everything is well-designed and customer-centric. Trolleys can be taken up to the carpark levels via fast lifts. (dont forget your gold coin to release the trolley though!!)
Produce is fairly fresh - but still doesnt reach my benchmark of Woollies South Melbourne !
Lots of self-serve checkouts plus a number of staffed ones, including a n express checkout for people buying just a few items.
People with mobility issues will have no problem at all here.

Very good. Tidy, spacious and well laid out. Produce department has really nice presentation and the self serve registers are modern and scan faster and don't have as many issues as older ones.

Great stop for a quick east shop in the area. First 90 minutes of parking is free for “grocery” and fresh food stops. Be warned the prices do jump dramatically after those 90 minutes though.

The Woolworths has everything you need plus some. We enjoyed the fresh produce and fruit options for the week while we were there.

Amazing customer service from Casimiro at Woolworths the district. I can't recall the last time I received such good service so after this staff member went out of his way to stop what he was doing, walk through the store to find a team leader who would know where ghee is stored, take me to the isle and he located the item I was after.
He then said "is there anything else I can do to assist sir?". WOW, how rare is that?

To show my appreciation, I stopped shopping, purchased a $50 prepaid Visa card, wrote a personal message of thanks on it and asked if the store manager could pass it on to him.

As I was finishing in the self service check out, the manager approached me with Casimiro to thank me personally for the card. I made a point of expressing how grateful I was to receive such stand out service and that he deserved more than a pat on the back.
Bar none, the best customer service I've experienced in a very long time.

Big well stocked well organised supermarket inside the mall and opens till late ish. Good variety, good prices. Seems to have everything you could possibly need. Free fruit for kids too. Even had some trouble with the self checkouts but staff were quick to help out. Top marks, Woolies

Easily the best Woolworths in Melbourne - Large and well-stocked, even during lockdowns. Also very helpful that the location provides 90mins free parking for groceries, making it very handy for a big shop.

Huge store, well stocked. Deli section is great and have fresh produce. Helpful and friendly staff. Ample parking spaces available. Dedicated click and collect parking bays available. First 90 minutes free for undercover parking on first 2 floors.

One of the best Woolly I have been lots of offer and many choices comparable pricing

District side of docklands is incomplete with Woolies. Hope we could have more shops in complex.

I like going to this place. It's better than the other branches.

The staff here are very nice and friendly. There never seems to be too many people in this store which is good for distancing and the shelves are always stocked. The Gluten free range here is spectacular compared to other Woolworths metro stores and you can always find a bargain.

huge, lots of space and great options. my kid loves running around while we shop. the staff is great as well. and especially good collection of India food stuff.

Update: The staff really are helpful. Kid got a thank you chocolate and we got a free 1k points booster for slight mixup at the click n collect counter. Always a smile even through the city locked down.
