The staff was polite, and helpful. The place was small, but very clean. Chamila saw us without any delay. She was very pleasant, patient, and a good listener. She examined me very well, and put me on the right meds. I’m so grateful to her,🙏🏻After 5 years of pain & suffering, that I’m able to enjoy my life again!!!!

Been going here for quite few years i see Dr. Keith Lim extremely happy with the treatment i have been provided very knowledgeable and general a nice guy .
The reception area of the practice needs to be overhauled as not very helpful !

I am a 41 yr old who has suffered with my health for over 15yrs falling through the cracks and being called a mystery was all I got until I can to western Rheumatology the receptionist there Suha was absolutely amazing! Her compassion her warmth her kindness was on another level. She booked me in to see dr Keith lim as soon as possible and although he too didn’t find answers but he took an approach that no other doctor ever had and that was to treat me based on my symptoms and not my diagnosis and for the first time In my life since getting sick I felt as if my quality of life has improved so much. I can’t thank beautiful Suha enough ❤

I wouldn’t be were I am now.

I was not doing nothing when you were sitting near the room as my next patient. I even came out and told you I will take you in after the telehealth patient who had an appointment before you.
To tell the truth you were sitting alone and your kids were not with you and they were with the father downstairs
You forcefully entered the room before I finished the telehealth consult with the patient who had the appointment time before you
I agree with you about the delay in seeing patients today which we have now because of COVID safe practice we have to do. after each face to face patient, I have to disinfect the chair and the bed and with telehealth patients, it takes longer than usual consult time which is the reason for the accumulated delay by the end of the day as you were my last patient today. I apologised to you about the delay and did the consult despite your aggressive approach towards me.

I could say that this is the most professional and specialized clinic in rheumatology you can find in Melbourne, the employees who work there are very courteous and take care of the patients. Regarding the medical staff they are incredible, especially Dr. Kim Le Marshall who with his charisma and his great knowledge has been very successful with the diagnosis and treatment of my medical condition.
I am very grateful and happy to have found this clinic.

Saw Dr. Chamila Dabare for my Autoimmune Condition for which I was neglected at Werribee ED for more than two months. In our first appointment she answered all my questions. Referred a X Ray which was already done at Werribee without any action. She phone same day to book another appointment even thought she was going overseas on holidays.
Few days later she called again to say don't wait for her as she was worried about me. She arrange another referral and tests for another specialist. Tests were done before the appointment with specialist to save time.
To me herself holds best intentions for her patients. You don't get to see doctors of such high values very often.
