I don't understand why everyone has issues with you guys as honestly when you said you will call back you do and if not you write emails which still shows that we are listened to so hopefully when I'm represented I get a good result

Worst experience I’ve ever had in my life. Horrible solicitors, terrible treatment and Sue Macgregor even accused me of misleading her when she sent false information to the applicant. Do yourself a favor and stay as far away from these people as you can. You’re better off representing yourself. I'm not surprised to find so many others on here agree with me and shared the same terrible experience.
