McDougall Reserve

Lovely park well maintained. Quite a few magpies in the Spring that make me nervous!

Always nice.

We usually visit park almost everyday in summer.. our kids love this park. Except,there is no wash room.. this place is good enough for your kids under 5 if you are living nearby.. there is also seats available for you to relax and have some snacks while enjoying the nature.

Wonderful space. Less desirable when dog owners aren't picking up. Council are great at maintaining and respond quickly when issues are reported

Great suburban park

Nice to have a local park, but the children’s playground is possibly the saddest assortment of council-approved apparatus I’ve ever seen. The grass is nice when it rains but is full of weeds and is rarely maintained. The space has great potential for the Banbury Village community, looking forward to seeing what the future holds

McDougall Reserve is quite the disappointment, although it serves many from the local community, it appears that some people who use the park don't appreciate the facilities or respect the other users of the space.

There is a single rubbish bin which is quite often overflowing, evident that it is insufficient capacity for the community it serves.

The park also lacks in any supply of dog poop bags which would serve to encourage the visiting animal owners to pick up after their dogs.

There is also a lack of drinking water which would help the many visitors, especially the many children who frequent the park, to prolong their enjoyment of the area.

By far the most disappointing aspect of this public space is definately the amount of animal excrement left scattered around the park grounds. This is a complete disgrace as it deters many, including children, from enjoying what the space offers.

I left some lollies there for 1 minute and it got stolen
