Amazing company and services! my visa case was very complicated. I was referred to TSS by my company so that they could look after my visa. The process was seamless and very quick. my agent was Georgina Lyons and I would highly recommend her to everyone. I did also deal with other staff on rare occasions who were also very good at what they do. Georgina is nice, very responsive and knowledgeable; for any of my questions she would always have an answer. we applied for the sponsorship visa, which was approved within one day!! the main reason for such a quick response was TSS uploading all of the necessary documents during the visa & nomination application. I am very impressed with their professionalism, customer service and ability to find a solution in most complicated visa cases; I would recommend them to anyone looking for visa assistance. TSS Immigration assisted me during my subclass 186 application. They made the process very clear from the beginning and succinctly set out the requirements for documents I had to prepare or find. They were able to advise me on upcoming changes to rules that might have affected my application and were prompt in reviewing and submitting the application itself. TSS Immigration helped me transfer my 457 visa over onto a new company a couple of weeks ago. The process was smooth and I had a very positive experience. A special thank you to Michael who was very professional, knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of my questions in a clear and simple way at all times. Whilst I was advised that most nomination applications were being processed in 20-30 days, I was pleased to hear after 14 days only that the nomination had been approved and my visa granted!
