Thank you Maryanne for being there in my time of need! Forgetting to grab the car seat from the car before checking in to our flight Brisbane to Melbourne this morning, left us without a car seat at our destination end. Calling outside of business hours, a messaging service operator took my enquiry. Within 38mins (before boarding our flight), Maryanne responded swiftly presenting me with the perfect solution to my dilemma. Thank you so so much for your promptness and speedy response.

Fabulous experience with Hire for Baby. They made our overseas vacation in Melbourne with 2 young children possible. I was worried there could be hiccups with it being busy holiday season, but despite that everything was ready and waiting for us in our rental car as soon as we arrived, and likewise at pickup they were there to greet us right on time. Great communication and recommendations from Penni, fair pricing and overall fabulous experience. Would highly recommend!

Penni was very easy to communicate with in coordinating our hire items. Couldn’t recommend highly enough for ease and convenience with all car seats and pram being loaded and installed in our hire car on arrival at the airport. The car seats were good quality and clean.
The pram was great for us to get around Melbourne with a 2yo and 4mo.

Had booked are hire car with a baby car seat but the car seat was completely unsafe and inappropriate, plus they expect you to know how to install the car seat yourself! We were recommended hire for baby and would 100% recommend again! Penni was able to help us out last minute with an appropriate seat for our baby AND install it. Ditch the rental car seats! These are clean, safe AND professionally installed! Will use again.

It was incredibly easy and stress free. Penni had the car seat installed in our rental car in Melbourne before we even got there, and met us when we dropped it off to pick the seat up. Their customer service was superb. This was our first time travelling with our 5 month old and Hire for Baby made it so easy and stress free. Thanks Penni! The car seats looked brand new and were set up when we picked up our hire car at Melbourne Airport. We did some adjusting of one seat with Penni’s guidance over the phone. The return process was easy - we contacted Penni 30 minutes before dropping off our hire car and she met us at the car return point to pick up the seats.

Excellent experience. Only had to inform them of my rental car pickup and return's location, date and time, and everything else was taken care of. Car seats were impeccably clean and well-maintained, and they were installed for us in the rental car. Penni was helpful in answering our queries and responsive in her email replies. After a very late submission to hire a baby car seat Penni contacted me to organise the details. When we arrived at the airport the seat was already in our hire car and ready to go!

I can't recommend this company highly enough! We realised we had forgotten to pack our toddler's car seat mid-flight to Melbourne. We quickly searched for child's car seat hire upon landing, and had booked Penni's services before we even got off the plane. Her communication is excellent, she went out of her way to supply us with a seat, and had it fitted within an hour of us landing! All for a very reasonable cost.
