Flying Fish Point Tourist Park

Was going to stay 1 night...ended up staying 4. Very quiet well maintained caravan park. Large sites with cement slabs surrounded by lush trees. Great amenities and nice pool. Friendly staff.
Saw someone use the camp kitchen as their own personal wash basin when the bathroom is literally right there !!

Great place to stay. Clean toilets and showers. Nice hot water for your shower. Roast night Saturday, and drinks get together other nights.
Get to meet other campers and your hosts.

I loved my first time staying in the cabin. Was clean, pillows were clean with covers and the crispy clean towels. Felt like staying in cottage in the country. Would definitely recommend it for anyone .Better than staying in a motel.

It’s easy to understand why there are so many regulars here, it’s a great camp.

Had relaxing 3 night stay in cabin. The bed was very comfy. I loved the area. Heaps of beautiful places to visit on Cassowary Coast. The Manager was friendly and helpful. The crumbed fish was delicious at the meet and greet night. Thank you for a lovely stay. 🙏

Great little holiday park!! We are a large family of 7 and booking over the phone from Rockhampton was not only easy but the staff were more than helpful and flexible. After check-in we discovered the TV in one of our cabins wasn't working and within 5 mins of mentioning this there was a new one still in its box brought over and installed for us. All facilities more than sufficient. Staff were very friendly and showed all the qualities of what you like to expect from small town hospitality, even to the point of Andre personally picking a couple of different types of tropical fruit from the parks trees for the kids to try. We could not be happier with our experience and thank Andre and the team for all their efforts.

Centrally located on the coast from Innisfail , between Cairns and Townsville .
The caravan park right on the beach , quiet area the best place to picnic . cabin clean and tidy .

Great park. Booked for 3 nights stayed for 2 weeks. Clean spacious amenities, pool and big powered sites in a great location.

This is a lovely and Pets friendly caravan park.We are camping here more than one week.Camping kitchen is always clean. Dining room is huge with big TV.The pool is the most cleanest I met.And all stuffs are friendly.

Flying Fish Point C/P is a small well run park in FNQ The park caters for all with Units and Large caravan sites with slabs. There is a pool and a mini golf course. Yesterday a family came into the park they had a small dog. The dog with owner was seen in the pool and the owner took the dog into the shower with her and washed the dog. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE in any circumstance. Management spoke to the lady. She denied everything and was asked to leave the park. She WENT OFF. UNACCEPTABLE behaviour.

This is a no-frills place that's good value. Nothing fancy but perfect if you just need a place to crash. They had a nice pool and general store, and a just a quick walk to the beach (no swimming on beach).

Right on the beach. Quiet area, little resturant on same block. Sit have dinner and watch the waves roll in. Cabin clean and tidy.

Our third stay in the park. Cabin is a bit old but absolutely clean. Staff always more than helpful to cater your need. keep up the good work guys

Staff is very friendly, amenities are a little older, but in good shape and clean. There is a lot of green (trees etc.) on the place, which is nice and gives shadow.

Absolutely loved it ,the beach is nice lots of aread to fish ,and checked out the flying fish point caravan park which is lovely and nice places to picnic.

New at this review thing. Have stayed at this park quite a few times over the years and find it clean ,well maintained and a great place to stay, would recommend it to everyone.

Checked in about 10pm and the owners couldn't be more helpful. Stayed in a ensuite cabin, good hot shower and really comfy bed. Thanks again. +++++!

we have stayed at this park many times...and love it .Nita and andre are wonderful people and always help us out if needed . Andre will take you out fishing...have get togethers for travellers/holidays makers so you can exchange experiences etc...and make new friends. l strongly recommend this park...pam meldrum.

Had a terrific picnic, in this picturesque quiet spot. Definitely worth pulling off the highway and going for a picnic and beach walk.
