Always and Forever Bridal

It was my very first time of trying on wedding dresses. The staff was amazing as they were very professional and patient. Katie was my appointed consultant and she did a fantastic job of understanding my needs and helping me choose the right dress. I highly recommend the Always and Forever bridal team whom I initially met at the bridal expo this year.

Always and Forever were so helpful through the entire process of my wedding dress. Every place I had visited earlier made me feel so rushed, but Always and Forever was a really lovely experience for myself, my mother and grandmother. The staff listened carefully and brought out some dresses and we refined until we found "the one". We were then treated with champagne and so much joy from them! The dress was ordered and unfortunately it was coming from Ukraine (days after the war was announced) and I was thinking it would not come. Always and Forever were onto it early and let me know how things were going every step of the way. It arrived with months to spare! We did the alterations and I was in and out for a few weeks before it was perfect!
So happy that I chose Always and Forever and I am exceptionally thankful for their respect, kindness and professionalism.

Jean and her team were absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to make my dream dress come to life. From the first fitting to pick up, Jean knew exactly what I wanted and needed and no request was too small. She saw our vision and did everything she could to make sure it was achieved. All alterations and customisation is done in house and Always & Forever was my one-stop shop: dress, shoes, accessories and garments. I highly recommend them and thank everyone from the team involved in making my dress journey a fantastic experience.

Always and Forever bridal service was superior. They provided a range of style dresses, taking our feedback on board to find the perfect dress whilst making us feel like we had all the time in world and not rushed. The seamstress was amazing, someone who really has a passion in what she does and helping the brides. The tips and tricks on how to wear the wedding dress was perfect. She also helped pick the perfect vail and hair piece.

Ordered a wedding gown (Rosa Clara) here for my big day. I recalled that I went to try wedding gowns just by myself and found the staff very helpful. They were able to help me find the gown that suits me. The delivery was quick too, which helped a lot and left enough time for alterations. Now looking at photos and videos on our wedding day, the dress looked amazing, also got lots of good comments about the dress from guests. So definitely give a 5 star for AF

I absolutely love Always and Forever Bridal. I just purchased my wedding dress from here and loved their service and the whole vibe of the store. From the moment you walk in it's calm which makes trying on and selecting a dress so easy! They listened to everything I said and after my second appointment I was thrilled to SAY YES TO A DRESS! I was lucky enough to not have an appointment after me so I stayed longer to make sure I was comfortable saying saying yes. The consultant didn't rush me or say anything about needing to finish up.
My sister also purchased her wedding dress here and the entire process was smooth and perfect. The alterations were incredible with a detailed lace layer hemed perfectly.
Prices are reasonably priced and great quality. Suitable for every budget with a huge range of dresses to try on.
Can't recommend them enough for your wedding day!

I seriously cannot recommend Lauren and Always and Forever Bridal enough. Due to a condensed timeframe before my wedding, being a plus size bride and experiencing a horrible experience with another bridal store, I was quite stressed and nervous about my appointment and being able to get a dress in time. Since our first contact, Lauren was so, so accommodating and lovely. When I arrived we walked into a beautiful, pristine space and were taken through to the spacious viewing area where I already had dresses that matched my vision waiting for me. She made sure each dress I tried on suited my body shape as well as it could as to picture what it would look like in the right size. She was so patient and did not rush me at all. We were able to peruse and in the end I totally changed my vision due to seeing one of her stunning gowns she designed (she does it all folks). There was a consultant was helping another bride as well and you could tell she was just as kind and thorough as Lauren. I found a dress I absolutely loved and it will be here well before the wedding. I am so thankful for my amazing experience and I cannot wait to wear my dress!! Xxxx

Highly recommend this store if you're looking for your wedding dress. Wide range to choose from. Everyone is so helpful and lovely - initially Maya was assisting me. My dress arrived a bit earlier than expected too, which was a bonus.

The incredibly professional and talented staff at Always & Forever were able to assist me to choose the perfect wedding dress. Excellent customer service and always very prompt with timeframes regarding dress fittings and alterations.

I came in on a one day sample sale .. it was the first store store I have visited properly. I wasn't sure what I wanted or what I what I was looking for .. Lauren asked me a few key questions which I thought I gave horrible answers to " like .. simple .. but elegant... but not too plain .. " Lauren picked one off the rack and it was PERFECT ... She knows what you want before you knew what you want. VERY happy with purchase !

My first time wedding dress shopping was amazing - not only did always and forever have a wide range of dresses but the consultant Maya was very knowledgeable about their range, she was very attentive, allowed me time to process what aspects of dresses I did and didn’t like and was overall very helpful and understanding. I highly recommend them for any bride whose first time it is shopping, to go there as it was an amazing customer service experience.

The team at A&F made everything soo easy. They were absolutely lovely at every stage and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and have a lovely experience. I brought my daughter with me to all but one appointment and she was always welcomed and treated very kindly. Everyone was understanding and accommodating that I needed to bring my under 1 year old and helped keep her happy while I had my dress on.
From finding a dress, to fittings and alterations, nothing was too hard for the team. Everything was yes, we can do that and the first alterations made were perfect.
I had so many people ask if my dress was couture!

I had the most amazing experience at Always and Forever Bridal and loved every second of it! They made me feel so special from the moment I stepped into their bridal boutique. Maya knew the exact style I was looking for and pulled the most beautiful dresses for me to try on! Cannot recommend her and Always and Forever Bridal enough!!

I went into the store last month not really knowing what I wanted and stressed. The consultant I had on the day Lauren was amazing! She so was so patient and so helpful. She was also educating my bridal party and myself on the different dresses. I went to a few other stores and I came across some very pushy rude consultants. I wish I could have taken her with me at every store haha.
I didn’t end up getting a dress from there though if it was based on service only I would I bought it on the day! Would definitely recommend

Beautiful and spacious bridal salon, private and personal service, a huge range of dresses to peruse - just amazing! Thank you guys so much for helping me find THE dress! Everyone was so friendly and kind, and I just felt like they really understood my vision for my dress and understood exactly what I was trying to describe. I felt like they really listened to me and were so accomodating and did not at all act like they knew everything about bridal dresses and answers all my questions! Said yes to the dress today with the help from the ever so wonderful Ruby! She was so honest and helpful throughout the whole process of helping me find the style of dress that I liked and suited me. I didn't have a huge budget and Ruby made sure there were still plenty of options for me to try on. I went for my 2nd appointment and the seamstress pinned me up nicely so I could see what the dress looked like after the necessary alterations. The dress shopping experience at Always & Forever is by far the best compared to other bridal stores I've been to. I felt special and never felt less important compared to other clients who may have bigger budgets to spend. Can't wait for my dress to arrive!
