I’ve found Liz absolutely marvellous. I was very lucky to have met her on my first appointment with Jane Hill. Liz’s experience, industry knowledge and advice is unreal. She’s a real person with real knowledge and I’d be recommending Liz. I decided to get my veil from Jane Hill, however the service I received from Liz was exceptional. The dresses are all very very beautiful, not to my taste but definitely worth coming in and seeing the gowns and the showroom is clean, slick, open and great lighting.

I cannot express how amazing my experience was. I am so grateful for Liz’s help and guidance in choosing my gown. She is so knowledgable, honest but most of all caring and I could not speak highly of her & Jane Hill as a whole (dress quality/range/price/aesthetic of the studio). I am a mother of two young children so prepping for a wedding gown was daunting. She made me feel at ease, and allowed me to express my body insecurities whilst also helping me choose a dress to enhance my qualities. Thank you Jane Hill and Liz.

Alyssa looked after me this weekend as I came to try on wedding dresses. She was so easy going, knowledgeable and fun! The most gorgeous bridal studio we went to with the best service. The space has private rooms and I felt super trusting in the team and their expertise. They really understood the female form, proportions and had such good advice.

The absolute best customer service I’ve ever experienced!! Nicki was an absolute angel, she accommodated every detail from a claw clip to trialling different hair styles, earrings to shoes and different accents to the wedding dress such as a veil and train… everything I wanted, she had. She listened to every detail and took the time to tailor to my body shape & deliver my dream dress! Such a personal experience for me and my entourage, Nicki was so encouraging and attentive.. she was genuinely invested in the details of my engagement and our love story (also a top photographer ;)) I can’t wait to say yes to the dress xxx

The customer service I received at Jane Hill was absolutely amazing and a genuine standout. Alyssa was excellent to deal with. She continuously went above and beyond, was super patient, extremely flexible for my situation and made me feel comfortable in all the dresses I tried on. She even had Kaitlin assist with showing me what some dresses may look like with alterations which was great - Kaitlin was so lovely as well as super insightful and knowledgeable.

Jane Hill in Melbourne made finding my dream dress the most amazing and seamless experience. Nicki made me feel so confident and stunning, helped me find a dress I would have never thought would look good on me and was so easy to contact for any of my million questions. She talked me through every process of the dress was happy to assist with any tweaks and any options I wanted. She is so lovely and I could not have asked for a better gown consultant from the try on to the dress collection and beyond!
