Save the Children Op Shop - Windsor

Great little shop. Nicely set out & colour blocked. Has a happy vibe. Found a few good CD's too. The lady on Sunday is lovely! A welcoming atmosphere whether you buy something or not. Thank you & keep it up!

Clothes are modern and clean, some are from brands like Decjuba, Seed, ... prefer this to salvos personally!

The shop was laid out nicely but everything was so expensive. Was more like a boutique than an op shop.

Purchased two men's shirts today priced $15 and $9 (as pictured). The lady at the counter accidentally charged me $34 instead of $24. I didn't realise I'd been overcharged by $10 until I got home which was when I called her and very politely explained she'd accidentally overcharged me. She looked back at the receipt records and told me that no, what she charged was correct as one of the shirts would have been $19, not $9. I told her I had the shirt with me and it was marked $9 and she said they wouldn't mark a shirt that cheap - trying to gaslight me into believing what I was staring at wasn't true or make me out to be a liar. I told her it definitely says $9 but she didn't believe me and said I could come back with the receipt and shirts to show her but I live 30 minutes away by tram and travelling 1 hour for a $10 refund isn't worth it for me. I don't really care about the money as it all goes to charity at the end of the day. What I do care about is that there was no apology or acknowledgement for her mistake over the phone and instead I was made out to be a liar. I never usually leave bad reviews but this left me with a really negative feeling after shopping at this store and I won't be returning. Really poor customer service. The ladies are much nicer across the road at the mecwacare op shop and will only be recommending them to friends moving forward.

Today, I went to this store. I started looking at the clothes, very happy with what I found. Unfortunately, I ran into a very rude saleswoman who was following me around. I politely asked her if I could try on or put things down, and she replied in a very crude way that it was 4 items maximum. When I get changed, she tries to look in my fitting room. And I quickly realize that she doesn't treat other customers in the same way. I don't want to imply that this woman was racist, but I simply wonder why she acted this way with me, and in a very polite way with the other customers. In view of this unpleasant experience, I don't intend to return to this store.
