I must say, Sophie is truly incredible! I'm still amazed at how I ended up leaving with not just one, but three fabulous dresses. I can't thank you enough for your patience and assistance in finding these stunning dresses. I'm absolutely thrilled and couldn't be happier with my shopping experience.

I visited during their sample sale yesterday not expecting much but with some expert help from my consultant found my dream dress! She was very easy to talk to and understood exactly what I was looking for (unfortunatelyin all my excitement i forgot her name). The bridal store itself is large and allows you to have a change area/viewing area all to yourself while the selection of dresses is great even during a sample sale for a street size 18. Thank you for making this such a pleasurable experience, from my consultant to the checkout staff they were all great. I would highly recommend checking them out if you are looking for your wedding dress.

Had the most lovely experience selecting my bridal dress with Angela! She was so welcoming and warm, and made dress shopping a breeze and such an enjoyable experience! When my sister and I walked into the store at Maribyrnong we were wowed by the size and layout of the shop. There were so many dresses to choose from, which was overwhelming, but my wedding consultant Dina made the whole process easy and comfortable. She was friendly and helpful and most of all honest about the types of dresses that suited me. In the end, I said Yes to the dress, which just happened to be the first dress I laid eyes on. Thank you Dina and the staff at Fairytales Bridal for a relaxed and wonderful experience.

Sandra at fairytale bridal, You are amazing! You went above and beyond when you altered my wedding dress and it ended up flawless! Not a lace or thread out of place! Sandra was there every step of the way with her amazing smile so welcoming every single time she saw me. The amount of times I changed my mind with length of sleeves or little things here and there with the dress was frustrating for friends and family to a point where I even felt bad but her calmness, support and patience through the whole process I honestly can’t thank you enough! I had the most wonderful experience at Fairytale Bridal in early December 2022. Dina was so amazing, she gave me back hope to find my dress. I had tried on so many dresses by that point in countless other stores and I had given up, and I wasn't even sure anymore what exactly I was looking for.
I loved her wonderful, bubbly and very honest nature, she was like a bestie on the hunt for the perfect dress together. She was very patient, took all the time I needed, respected my budget, and was honest with what looked good and what didn't.

The store has a huge amount of dresses to choose from. I can't recommend highly enough. As I live in Adelaide, the store shipped my dress and it took less than 24 hours for it to arrive.

My dress arrived from overseas with only 2 weeks before the ceremony and was way too big because I had lost weight (seriously hanging off me). Trang was the dressmaker who altered my dress and she was incredible. She listened to what I wanted and brought an incredible wealth of knowledge to the table. After just two fittings over 2 weeks, Trang had transformed my dress to fit like a glove. I felt like a superstar and had so many people ask me where I got my dress from! I had my appointment with Angela from fairytale bridal maribyrnong on Saturday and she was absolutely amazing! 100% recommend you book your appointment with her.
