I HIGHLY recommend Maria as a bridal dress consultant. I had an appointment with her yesterday and she made me feel so at ease, but also matched the vibe of my bridal party and made me feel so excited about every dress i tried on. She let me spend as much time needed in each dress instead of rushing me, and even helped me find my dream dress. She didn’t pressure me in purchasing the dress that day as i had said at the start i wanted my mum to see my dress before i bought it, and was so good at finding me an appointment within two weeks to come back with my mum even though she is heavily booked. It was such an amazing experience and I can’t thank Maria enough.

Mona was great, funny and easy to talk to- understood what my daughter was after but still was open to make other styles available without making us feeling rushed in any way. Shopping for my wedding dress at Luv Bridal was an absolute dream! This being my first dress shopping experience, I was a bundle of nerves. A tremendous thank you to my stylist Romy, whose kindness, patience and guidance truly set my heart at ease. It really felt like she valued my opinion, and noticed all the little details I loved about each dress I tried on until I was confident in choosing the one.

After saying yes to my dress (there was a clear front runner!) Romy even offered to check if they could order it in with a special request to alter the fabric. It seemed impossible at the time, but the very next day Romy got back to me with the amazing news that it could be done! I was already so happy with my dress, and yet somehow she still went above and beyond to make it perfect, and truly one of a kind for me.

Rest assured you’ll be in good hands with Romy and the lovely team over at the Moonee Ponds store – it was such an incredible experience, and I do not doubt that any other bride looking for their dress will leave feeling the same way!

I cannot speak more highly on my experience with Maria, whilst I did not find my dream dress at Luv (they had many beautiful options of which we came very close to purchasing one). However Maria was an absolute standout. She put me at ease and made me feel so confident in every dress I tried. She was such a beautiful person and made me feel so comfortable throughout the process, she was great at trying to understand exactly what it was I loved or disliked in every dress so that we could try and find the perfect dress. I had an outstanding experience at Luv Bridal Moonee Ponds with Maria. I was a bit nervous as this was my first visit to a bridal shop, but Maria's friendly nature immediately put me at ease. Maria quickly determined what type of style I was after and was very considerate of my modest budget. I did not feel rushed throughout the process. She gave me ample time to consider my choices and also suggested some beautiful possible alterations to the gown. After visiting your Moonee Ponds store for my very first wedding dress shopping experience, I knew that I didn’t want to buy my dress from anywhere else. After visiting the bridal showroom, I was impressed by the wide selection of dresses available. Uddami was knowledgeable and attentive; she assisted me in finding styles that suited my preferences. I recently purchased my gown with the guidance of Maria and she was amazing. At no point did I feel pressured and even after explaining my sentiments about not having the overwhelming feeling of “this is the one”, Maria reassured me that this was also normal and that I should go away and think about it. Which, is ultimately what I did and then realised I really did love the dress and bought it! I couldn’t recommend Luv Bridal and Maria enough. Their dresses are well budgeted and don’t look cheaper than others that I tried on. I will say that you don’t get the intimate try on experience here; however, it still didn’t impact my overall experience.

Went wedding dress shopping today with my daughter, her MIL, her matron of honour and bridesmaid.

Karen was amazing! When we got there (apologies for being about 5 mins late) she went to find some of the dresses her and my daughter had discussed, pointed out the racks with the styles my daughter likes and suggested we all pick one dress that we think she'd like - we all got excited and started going thru the racks. It was a lot of fun and definitely made us feel a part of the process!

Karen definitely paid attention to all the comments that were being made with each dress she got for my daughter to try on. Each dress she picked out was amazing and had components that my daughter liked. My daughter tried on a lot of dresses and Karen wasn't fazed at all. Karen was also very creative when trying on a couple of dresses that weren't the right size!

Then the magic happened. My daughter came out in a dress and she had the biggest smile on her face. She loved this dress but did love the sleeves on another dress - Karen got busy and found what my daughter needed to complete her dress!

Karen then spent more time trying on different veil lengths and materials, headbands and tiaras.

I cannot speak highly enough of my experience with Luv Bridal Moonee Ponds! From the moment I booked the appointment online I had received nothing but incredible customer service, specifically from stylist Romy.

I was nervous entering my initial appointment as I am a slightly bigger bride and my biggest concern was not having anything in store that would fit my body well enough to give me a good idea of how the dresses would look and sit. Romy made me feel extremely comfortable, calm and positive throughout our appointments and provided me with feedback and advice as we tried on different styles guiding me with her expertise. She never made me feel rushed, or pushed me into making any decisions then and there and was incredibly patient with me. We eventually found my dress after trying on a few different styles and shared a beautiful moment together when finalising and officially placing my order, and I cannot wait for my dress to arrive!
