You should open and close the store at the times you advertise on the internet. Also, ANSWER THE PHONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

One star is generous imo. Opening hours are all over the place and not as stated online which is makes things difficult when you have to pick up a parcel. The store is very dirty with a bad odour. Mostly selling cheap stuff you'd find in a junk shop.

Terrible customer service by a once good newsagency. Visited to drop off dry cleaning, staff member had no idea what he was doing or when pick up could be arranged. Second visit the service was worse. Provided the dry cleaning ticket and the response was "what is this? Is this for clothes?". I simply wanted to pick up my dry cleaning yet all the responses I received were "I don't know, I don't know, I only work here", "can you come back another time cause I don't know?". I recommend this business hire staff or train their staff so simple customer service can be adhered to. I have dropped off my dry cleaning here for years but this will be the last time.

I know the woman that works here is a thief and a lier she closes the shop leaves the lights on and goes home for long periods of the day she steals from her own family and is a complete freeloader and has never had a real job in her life

I'm here an hour before the advertised closing time and the place is shut. How am I supposed to pick up my parcels?

how can a newsagent NOT answer their phone.. ever.. been delivering me papers for WEEKS that i dont pay for, didnt order, and dont want..

Useless- try ringing this place and you cannot get through. Pathetic business attitude. They obviously do not care about reviews, and even one star is generous.

This place is always closed an hour before 2pm on a Saturday!!
