My elderly mother recently moved into an assisted living unit & we took the opportunity to upgrade her into an adjustable bed. I visited Life Changing Beds as they appeared to be a specialist business in this area. We spent an hour with Andrew going through the various options. Andrew was incredibly knowledgeable, caring & patient with my mother throughout the process & in the end we chose a bed which I know my mother is very happy with. As I said to Andrew at the end, it was a pleasure doing business with him. I've never said that to a retailer before

Professional, efficient, personable, fantastic service. I am an occupational therapist and took my client to trial a mattress today and we had an amazing experience. Will certainly be bringing more clients to see Andrew from life changing beds and his family (colleagues).

Andrew was an absolute treat to work with. With his very detailed explanations on why i was having sleeping issues due to my mattress. He showed me around and spent a lot of time of his day trying to help me find the right matress with no guarantee of me buying one. At the end of it all, I bought the perfect mattress and bed to suit my needs thanks to him. Would highly recommend, such a magnificent character. Will be sending everyone here from now on.

I have recently purchased a bed here. Due to me being tall, it has been quite difficult to find a suitably sized bed that is also comfortable. But I must say that life changing beds has not dissapointed its name and has delivered a very comfortable bed that has adapted well to my body and is making for a much better sleeping experience. Not only is my bed comfortable but even before purchasing the staff had helped a great amount in choosing the most suitable mattress for me. Both the service and product were top notch.

As a paraplegic the thought of having to get a new bed was a nightmare. But Andrew at Life Changing Beds was awsome. He made me feel comfortable and worked with me and my OT and helped choose the right bed and mattress for me. Pressure mapping was a game changer in getting the right mattress. Can totally recommend Life Changing Beds for your next bed.

The staff at the store were very helpful and knowledgeable about the products. I did the mapping which helped me select the more suitable mattress for me. It has been a few weeks now since I bought it and the pain I used to have in my shoulder is now gone. I'm very happy with my new mattres. Thank you!

Andrew is the most knowledgeable, respectful bloke I have ever come across. Went above and beyond trying to find the right pillow for me as well as a mattress for family and friends. His honesty, knowledge and customer service is second to none!! Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

This week I visited Life Changing Beds to be better informed about their products and how they could be tailored to specific needs. I also visited a franchise chain to do some comparisons. The two experiences could not have been further apart. At LCB I was in the showroom for hours as different bases and mattress combinations where explained and configured. 15 minutes in the franchise store was enough to know they couldn't match the quality and cared applied at LCB.

The service in store, in delivery and follow up was nothing short of fantastic! Life Changing Beds were friendly, efficient and professional. We love our new bed frame and mattress. Highly recommend:)

The company responded to my request to help me with the problem I was having with the bed. The staff that attended were punctual, professional, friendly and a delight to deal with. The solution was found and dealt with. They volunteered to help me with vacuuming the carpet that was under the bed. Extremely delighted to have my wonderful bed fully operational again.
The best investment I ever made was to acquire this bed 5 years ago. The service culture of excellence had not changed after all these years and I am very grateful for it.

My Mum purchased a bed a few weeks back. Frank was very professional, fabulous and easy to deal with. The installation went very smoothly a few weeks later. David & the boys cleaned up all the mess and left the room spotless. Mum decided she needed the bed raised a little higher, I phoned and spoke to Andrew, he couldn't have been more accommodating. David called out again today, only 2 days after my chat with Andrew. Mum is much happier and very appreciative of the company 'going the extra mile' for her.
