I got my hair done at Oscar Oscar salon by my favourite hair stylist Kye. He was the best from the moment we started the consult, he was incredibly patient in my blonde hair journey; and got me to the perfect goal of a platinum blonde. I couldn’t recommend a better hairdresser if I possibly tried. With his kind nature and obviously lots of knowledge in his trade, he made the perfect hair experience for me.

Felt like a queen in this beautiful salon, from start to finish.
Thank you to Chloe for making my day so very special, being a hairdresser myself for 16 years..I have to say I have never felt so happy with my hair.

I have had about 4 hair cuts from Nicola, i between each of my hair cuts iv Had multiple fringe Trims. Nicola goes beyond for my need with my hair cut, however she also gives good
Advice with layering and what would give the best look that also goes along with my
Wants and needs. Here is a before and after my
Recent hair cut. I told here I want to grow my
Fringe out for winter. Then will go back to my sorter hair with a curtain fringe. The over all price of a hair cut is not cheap. For a cut and blow Dry is about 150 however you get free fridge trims between hair cuts so it turns out to be the same price as anywhere els. The massage before the hair washing is amazing! Come Support this salon you won’t regret it at all.

I started seeing Kye just under a year ago, I had previously been bleaching/colouring my hair at home and it became incredibly damaged. Kye was very honest about what was going to be possible for my hair and we settled on a copper colour as I wasn’t ready for natural hair. It has always been a dream of mine to have thick long hair (as someone with naturally thin and fine hair) I have been using the genesis line he recommended and my hair has never been so long and I’ve started seeing new hairs growing!!

I have seen Nicola for many times and I am literally addicted to her beautiful work. She is the sweetest and really did an excellent job every time, understanding what I wanted from day one. Even when I wanted a new hair colour she was very professional and explained to me that my colour is still looking good and convinced me to push my appointment for a few weeks later which I’m beyond happy about! I’ve never had my hair professionally done before and I’ve been killing it with bleach for years. Kye did such an amazing job on fixing up my dead green and black split dyed hair. Hooked me up with an amazing cut and colour and now it actually feels alive again. 100% coming back i couldnt recommend Kye enough !!

This salon is amazing! Staff are all so lovely and welcoming, kye looked after me and did such an amazing job and the best head massage. Highly recommend this salon

LILY IS AMAZING!!!! I am SO HAPPY with how she transformed my hair during my first dye job in a salon! From the initial consult to the appointment, she really listened to what I wanted and offered advice/opinions when I wasn't totally sure on certain things. Her enthusiasm is also super fun and adds to the experience! I am so grateful for the incredible work that she did & cannot thank her enough :)

My second time coming here since arriving to the area. Lily did my hair both times and I was super happy with the results each time! Lily got the colour I was looking for spot on and the cut was exactly what I wanted. I left with my hair feeling amazing. Also love the salon itself and the staff are all so friendly. Cathy is a hair artist god! She is so creative and knows how to give you your best hair. The snowy white hair she has given me is to absolutely die for- she was even very informative on what hair products to use to keep my hair super healthy and white. I freaking love this lady!! The staff at Oscar Oscar St Kilda are amazing, friendly and the neck and hand massages they treat their clients to are an aromatic dream! 😍

I’ve become picky with hairdressers after a couple of average cuts but the team at Oscar Oscar were amazing from start to finish. Lily really listened and gave personalised advice and I couldn’t have been happier with how my hair turned out. Had an amazing experience with Kye for a trim, style and dye for my graduation! He seriously made me look like a star with my blowout highly highly highly recommend!!
