Great little rest area with plenty of flat green space to set up for a night or few. Water of the Ovens river looked clear as day, toilets looked fine and a little birch plantation. Would stop over again.

Great area to stay only problem is the toilets were closed when we went. Otherwise great spot during summer to camp and swin.

Nice for fishing swimming and camping plenty of room great monkey swing, toilets ok and you can have a fire.you are close to the road gets quite at night.

My Son and I camped here for two nights. We camped right on the bank, there was plenty of space between camps so we didn't anoy other camps clients by.. definitely worth stopping there for a picnic or even stay over for the night or two.

I love this $$$ FREE $$$ Camping spot. So quiet an relaxing. Kids love it here. Fishing,Kayaking,swimming .
I Highly recommend this camping spot.

Beautiful campsite, arrived late on Jan 1st yet still managed to get a lovely river front spot. Quite a few people and families but feels well spaced out. Bring your own toilet paper 👌

Great spot with lots of shade and a lovely beach area to access the river. Freshly mowed grass. Toilets are pretty horrific.

Loitered here by the river for a week. Shade in Summer. A sandy spot to sit on and easy access for swimming. Aussie drop toilet. Yeah cool spot to hang out.

Beautiful camping, picnic or swimming spot on the Ovens River. We didn't catch anything but still a nice place to sit for a few hours.
