As usual, Nandos food is good but pathetic customer service. Went there on Friday night around 9 pm 29 Jan 2016, the tall Asian guy at the counter was f****ng rude and had absolutely no common sense. Will never go there again in life. We'll go to other franchisees which have great service like in Box Hill, Knox City etc.

I had the worst experience ever and all regards to customer service, even tho it wasnt first time . That particular staff never uses a polite word while taking our order and is always rude .
He messed up my order and refused to even liston
I am sorry but we wont be going back there ever
