I received excellent customer service from the very over-worked staff on New Years Eve as I struggled with the photo printing machine that kept cropping my photos. They stepped in and helped me reprint the photos.
Your customer service was excellent, especially considering that you were so short-staffed. For such a small, compact Officeworks, you do a great job!

Had an issue in another officeworks store, where i was advised with the wrong product.
Went in at elsternwick s store and after explaining the issue. Charlie really helped me out.
Ended up upgrading and getting the right product.
Charlie was very patient and attentive and advised the right product for the price I was willing to spend.

Great team member, very polite and focused on his job tasks.

After leaving my VCE Media 3&4 subject until last minute, I quickly needed to print my photographs so i didn’t miss the deadline. I went to Officeworks Elsternwick to get the photos from my USB printed. I ran into the a major challenge as two of my photographs were not able to print as they were a different file format. I asked for assistance, although it took a little trial and error, Emily and Gene were of great help. They were able to convert both the files to a format which their printing computer could read. Both Emily and Gene showed high levels of customer service and patience towards their customers. Employees like Emily and Gene are what makes customers keep coming back. Ethan was super nice, and handled my electronic issue excellently, he's very knowledgeable. Would recommend coming here again, and you should give Ethan a raise.

Have been coming here for a number of years. The shop is constantly bombarded with difficult customers, but the staff always seem patient and willing to help. Not sure why the bad reviews, honestly.

Yesterday, Alison troubleshooted the formatting on my print until it was perfect. More than happy to help and went out of their way to ensure I was satisfied.

Five stars to the chap who works in the print job section. Getting hand-drawn designs printed up at Officeworks is a bad idea but I was just lucky this guy was there, he did a better job than specialised copy and print shops can. I feel terrible it cost almost nothing when other places charge much more and staff get properly paid for their expertise.

I was helped by a young guy tonight who was just so incredibly helpful .
I came in clutching an arm full of cable, a vague description of what I needed connected (and some photos .
He was incredibly thorough in making sure I bought the right device .
He even climbed up on a ladder to retrieve some options as their were non on the shelf.
Such great service - and I’m so appreciative.

7/3/23 Great customer service from the team this morning at 7am. They did a great job dealing with the equipment issues. Left very happy.

The staff in here are doing an amazing job! I was in here earlier for approximately 10 minutes to pick up a print job and couldn't believe how many rude, demanding customers I witnessed within a small timeframe.

I didn't catch his name, but shout out specifically to the young gentleman manager with long hair working in the print department around 2pm. He was helping a horrible entitled man with his printer. The man was incredibly condescending, constantly asking really patronising questions and completely undermining the manager's ability to do his job. The manager kept calm and was doing everything within his power to help this customer. The man said he was going to contact the CEO (such a cringeworthy thing to say) and quote the manager's name. He was actually threatening him.

I'm so sorry for any customer service workers having to deal with people like this. This manager deserves an award for how he handled the situation!

All the customers here are disgustingly rude, I feel so sorry for the poor staff who're doing they best they can with limited staff and resources. There's one girl called Erzsi who's especially nice, despite dealing with several rude entitled old people before serving me.

I’ve headed into a Officeworks for a last-minute print job for a wedding and was helped by Lenie at the print counter. She was patient, knowledgeable and so very helpful! That’s what I call great service, Lenie! Thank you!

Staff were exceptional, very polite.. very busy but just what I like to see once entering a store. It makes my shopping "spree" all the while worth it in the end. 👍🤓

I had a great experience here today. I ordered and paid for my prints online and went straight to the front of the queue when I got there to collect it. Very helpful staff didn't leave me standing there and multiple people tried to help me. I imagine their print shop is busy because the quality is outstanding.

This review relates SOLELY to Swapnali and Sid, two very competent staff members who go out of their way to really help customers and make sure they get the service they need. Thank you Sid for excellent sales and customer service when I bought a new laptop recently and for spending time helping me secure a good one and here's to Swapnali for knowing what service-mindedness is all about You both ROCK!

I went to get some printing done, which was a leaflet of a non-standard size. The file I provided was not properly formatted and Gosia at the Elsterwick branch was extremely patient and helpful. After many sample prints, we managed to get a print that was right and I really appreciated her assistance. Great service!

Hi, I came to Elsternwick store yesterday, and it was really very busy. But Maria helped me wonderfully. As I wanted to create a photobook for my daughter and she helped me and explained me how to set up a photobook. Amazing service provided by Maria. Thanks

Officeworks is one of my favourite retailers. Exceptional and consistent customer service and really long opening hours. Very much appreciate this. The Elsternwick store is especially good and the print and copy team are awesome!
