Onitsuka Tiger Melbourne Emporium Store

Went in to store to purchase my first pair of Onitsuka’s today. Not only was the customer service on point, but the atmosphere was incredibly welcoming! Riley helped me today pick out my green Mexico 66s, bantering with me about certain other colour ways! Made my experience so much better and will definitely be coming back for another pair sometime soon!

Popped into the new Emporium Onitsuka Tiger store today, and looked great! Plenty of staff, all ready to help - but Riley was an MVP. Seemed very knowledgeable about the shoes - which ones were not so comfy/more comfier, new arrivals etc - I tried a few options, got the right shoe size, and bam! Before I knew it, I ran out with a new pair of kicks.
..I paid for them of course🤣

A nice little store, offering a range of Tiger Onitsuka sneakers for the Connoisseur of Sneakers that is.
Tiger Onisuka never seem to go out of fashion or style, as they've been around for a l9ng time and will surely continue to do so for longer.
The staff are friendly and do offer their help when asked .

I came to visit the new store and just love the easy-going atmosphere, it was inviting to browse and shop. The store layout is easy to navigate, and the staff was friendly as always making the shopping experience enjoyable :)!

Staff at this location were very nice and helpful! They had a wide selection too - My only feedback lies with the fact that this shop was difficult to find via google maps and does not really place where the store is located very well. It look be a bit to find it

I had a great experience. Sales staff Oliver B. helped me a lot. He was exceptionally courteous and helpful. Even though it was just an exchange and no up-sale or new sale for him but he went extra miles and attended me. Great customer service. 5 stars for Oliver.

Great service and an absolute treasure trove when they have a sale. Not a massive range in store but that’s completely understandable and if you know what you want to look at ahead of time it’s easy in and out. 👟
