California Eatery in Albury exceeded my expectations in every way possible. The star of my dining experience was undeniably the beef burger – an absolute flavor explosion that left my taste buds dancing with delight. The succulent beef patty, paired with fresh and flavorful toppings, created a burger that was not just tasty but downright extraordinary.

What struck me equally was the budget-friendly nature of the menu. It's rare to find a place that offers such high-quality dishes without breaking the bank. California Eatery has certainly mastered the art of providing a delightful culinary experience without compromising on affordability.

The staff at this restaurant deserves special recognition for their exceptional friendliness. From the moment I walked in, their warm and welcoming demeanor set the tone for a pleasant dining experience. Their attentiveness and genuine smiles added a personal touch that made me feel valued as a customer.

An old favourite that has only improved since the new owner took over. Egg and bacon roll is delicious and fresh. Staff are always friendly and helpful and the atmosphere is very relaxed.

California Eatery in Albury is a true delight! The wraps and shakes I enjoyed were not only extremely tasty but also incredibly budget-friendly. The menu offers a fantastic variety without putting a strain on your wallet. The staff's friendly and welcoming approach added an extra layer of enjoyment to my visit. A must-try for delicious, affordable eats in a welcoming atmosphere!

Hey Albury, new Cafe, used to be Brick and is now California Eatery, I had the Benedict and the coffee was so good, I had to have another. Give it a try! I'll be back!

Omg had breakfast here today and it was unbelievable. The apple crumble pancakes was delicious. My partner had eggs on south doe the best his had. The service was amazing as well. The coffee lady the best cappuccino I've had ever. Thanks

Up from Melbourne, stopped in for breakfast. Friendly owner, really fresh food, very reasonably priced. Highly recommend smashed avocado & egg& bacon roll with hashbrown. Will definitely be back next time we are in Albury.

The service was extremely friendly, efficient and pleasing. It is so refreshing to be given complaint free, enthusiastic service. The food and drinks were perfect also.

My wife and myself have been going to the brick St Cafe, now known as California eatery ,we have always had a great experience with the food and staff now that it has changed hands we were keen to see if we would like the change of ownership?
WOW! We genuinely loved the staff and menu before! But the new owners have knocked it out of the park they have kept the excellent staff and we both love the new menu! We are from the Gold Coast, now living here full time and we have eaten in some of the best cafes on the coast, the food at the California eatery is equally as good as we have ever had if not better.
Congratulations on taking an already great Cafe and taking it to the next level!

Walking up dean street my daughter, 2 year old grandson and I stopped in. We were greeted by a lovely bubbly lady who quickly sat us at a comfy table, got colouring in for the little one got our drinks order organised and left us to decide on the food. They were run off their feet but never let their smiles fade! Food ordered and surprisingly it came out very quickly. This would have to be THE best breakfast I have ever had in Albury!!!!!!! The front of house people are friendly happy and quick witted which I love and the 3 in the kitchen are amazing. Thankyou so much for such a wonderful experience and I look forward to visiting again on my next trip up there

My friend and I had been to Brick Cafe and enjoyed it .
When i heard that it had changed hands and had a new name , we were eager to try it out , and have been looking forward to experiencing California Eatery .
Today we met for brunch .
We were BLOWN away by the extensive menu choices , and eventually chose the
Reuben Toastie and Free Range Eggs on Sourdough , along with our Almond Lattes .
Our meals were absolutely amazing and perfect , as were our coffees ☕
The flavours and taste combinations of the Reuben Toastie was SO good and so yummy 😋
The Free Range Eggs had egg yolks so deep in colour , and were beautiful with amazing flavour .
The staff were fantastic with great service and so friendly .
Thank you for a great Brunch experience.
We will definitely be back to work our way through your Amazing menu .

Food was yummy, excellent service , food came out very fast, didnt have to wait long, venue was clean/tidy. Portions were really good.

I went there with my 2 young kids for breakfast this morning. The serving staff are very very friendly and inviting, happy to help with anything, I had the salmon crepe and it was Absolutely amazing!!! Definitely recommend. Their caramel latte was also very well made, fresh juice my daugh loved, my son really enjoyed his baby chino which might I add was absolutely adorable with the little face on it. Pancakes were a hit with my kids as well. We will definitely be back. Thank you so much for a wonderful morning.

This place is so lovely! My husband, 2 year olf daughter and I stopped in for breakfast. My daughter is fussy and ate all of her breakfast. My husband and I were really happy with our food, and my chai latte was perfect. We will be back again if we ever come back to Albury.
