Was finally able to talk to a real human on the phone to work out what model was the direct upgrade for my previous watch. Unfortunately didn’t have the colour I wanted in stock and I wasn’t able to wait, but def will be looking to purchase here in the future! Locally owned business too!

After ordering various parts online, the staff noticed there was an incompatibility between 2 items. I was called, with a recommendation for the correct part. Delays and costly, mailed back exchanges were avoided. I got a working solution and exactly what I needed. Extremely happy. Thank you.

A great experience for purchasing my first smartwatch.
I actually went into the St Kilda store and met Matthew who was very knowledgeable and more than happy to help out with any questions I had.
He even went out of his way to find extra information to help out even further.

I couldn't believe how great the service was after trying to get information about the watch from other stores. I was also surprised at how many accessories were in store compared to anywhere else I had tried to look at the Fenix watch.

I certainly don't regret driving a bit further to get great customer service and the best advice possible. I only wish I had done it sooner.

Popped in for an unusual request. Needed a mount for a 10 inch tablet to fit on a 1964 Cessna 172 airplane yoke.
Matt was incredibly helpful and patient with sorting me out. Left the store a very happy customer with a mount and support set up that was exactly what I was after.

Pricing is very competitive and what I like the most is their shipping policy and communication. Based in Perth but received the order so quickly even in the New Year Eve time. Well done.

I had bought a Garmin GPS ＆ I needed a couple accessories, ＆ searching Google, I had found Johnny Appleseed, which had exactly what I was looking for.
I purchased the items through their website, which was easy to use, ＆ navigate. The items were delivered a couple days later, which considering the covid-19 situation, was exceptional.
The items I bought were exactly what was described, and they worked perfectly.
I needed another item, so I returned to them, and purchased the item from them, and again I received my item in a couple days.
They pack the items well, and securely.
They have earned a loyal customer. Next time I'm after stuff that they sell, I'll be buying from them again.
Their prices are competitive, and their service is exceptional.
