I visited today with a request that could not be done via online banking. The service I received was fantastic. Both Meghana and Natasha were courteous, professional and a pleasure to deal with. I was very impressed and would thoroughly recommend this branch.

Now you won’t be seeing me write many reviews especially for a bank however I’m going out of my way today to say I’ve had a wonderful experience with this branch today being served by Angelica she went above and beyond to help my friend and I for our savings. I have a branch closer to home however due to her wonderful customer service skills and helping with getting our new banks started I will be making the drive to the GLEN bank of Melbourne for the above and beyond service :)

Polite and very friendly staff. I usually go there at weekend. No need to queue. Always 2 staff at a time.

Not bad better than the big 4

Not accepting cash deposits on a Saturday morning is unacceptable. Your teller confirmed that cash deposits can only be made Mon to Fri.
Cost savings at it's greatest, as paying your Arnaguard service to come out to collect your days cash deposits is not worth the cost, compared to servicing
your customers that work M to F and
cannot take half a day off to delosit cash at a branch.
I will be taking all my business elsewhere.

Really bad exprience with the bank. I accidently transfer the money to the accout by error. I wish to transfer out the money, the bank block me. I received the message to let me to go to the bank to face to face to indentify me. The lady said I should call them to unblock my account. I make phone call more than 2 hours and the people in the phone tell me to go back to the branch to confirm my Identity. They are push around and I can not transfer out my money. It is very bad experience. I cannot understand why I cannot indetify me when I bring my ID to the branch personally.

I was just verbally abused in the branch by the Indian lady, all because their ATM took my funds yesterday .. ringing head office to make complaint now .. and asked them to do a formal complaint in house at branch too ..

What a absolutely horrible day after all that, upset is an understatement.. This ordeal has been floating in my head all day and I've never ever in my 53 years experienced anything like it , to the point she was acting so badly I think she was trying to do a stress flip out workcover compo claim that she cant cope and thought I was the one to take it all out on .. I told her I am not your punching bag ... now at 10.15 at night I can not sleep .. I hope head office does something substantial about this and I told them an apology from them will NOT suffice after this traumatic unnecessary abuse of a community member just going about their daily chores.. I've felt violated, nauseous and totally stressed out by this, that now I'm doubting everyone I come in contact with at the moment it's ridiculous..
