Purchased for 2 new bathrooms and a powder room here
Had to do a couple of returns/ exchanges with no problem at all...Mary was great the first time and Karl was very obliging today and they always greet you in a friendly way when you arrive.... I've probably been there 6 times during this journey and I highly recommend this store for quality and variety at a good price and great service with a generous returns policy !

My wife and I had wonderful experience dealing with Mary at Highgrove Bathrooms Nunawading a number of times.

She's highly professional and yet a wonderful human being at the same. She used her knowledge of the products and experience to assist us in deciding the right products that best suited our taste and requirements. We're currently renovating two bathrooms and both are shaping up nicely. She even helped us select the right colour tiles that would look the best.

Renovations can be quite stressful and we couldn't have asked for anyone better to help us :-)

BTW, not just Mary the other team members at the shop are amazing as well.

Lovely bunch of people behind the counter (even shared their chips with me!). Lucas was new but managed my purchase well and was assisted by a more senior staff member who also got the vanity from out the back and carefully placed in my car. Was impressed with the range available and prices were very reasonable. The first time I went there I was helped by one of the guys who answered my questions but also knew when to leave me alone. Thanks Highgrove Nunawading, I will return.

We bought bathroom supplies for two bathrooms. We can't be happier with the service we received from Mary. Mary helped us choose all the products whilst carefully considering our budget and style. The products that we purchased like mirrors, vanity, tub etc. are merging perfectly with tiles and the rest of decor. Highly recommend Highgrove bathrooms and thanks to Mary for her excellent service!

during whole bathroom renovation. They went beyond and above to help me out when I had issue and directed me in correct direction. Very friendly and great customer service.

I want to thank all of the staff at Highgrove Bathrooms in Nunawading. Being a novice at bathroom renovations the help and advise they gave us was fantastic.They went over and above when we had issues that were not their doing and sent stock out to us by courier so the plumbers could continue with their work. Their kindness will not be forgotten and I will be referring customers to them whenever I can.

Really great store and surprisingly cheap. Even cheaper than Bunnings. Love their selection of different vanity tops and staff were very friendly and helpful. The staff leave you to have a look around and then are very helpful when you ask for assistance.

I had an excellent experience with Highgrove Bathrooms and specially Tom's service and attention to detail. He was under staffed but managed to meet all my requests, found solutions to my problems, and followed through with excellent service right up to the time of delivery. Thanks Tom, love your work!!
