SYRUP CAFE

Cozy little cafe just off the main street of Watsonia. The coffee is excellent, the brands they use make a great cup. Breakfast options are pretty standard, but good quality. The toasted sandwiches are something a little different, I had the Reuben, a New York style sandwich, and it was fantastic. Staff are very friendly. Nice little spot.

Such a surprise in the urban retail centre of Watsonia. Tucked down a side Avenue. Near the RSL. My 3rd visit here. SYRYP Cafe maintains a quality that invites you back. The gentle arty decor, relaxed atmosphere. Everything about this small well run enterprise is solidly good. It's a popular local eatery. The staff, are courteous, friendly. The menu simple with a gourmet touch and plentiful serves. Perfectly crafted meltingly delicious crisply toasted sandwich varieties to please. Both breakfast and lunch meals or snacks with home baked muffins and more to try . Nice casual feel. seating inside and out. With a name like *Syrup* you can't go wrong! Thank you I highly recommend this tasty oasis.

Great service, good food and a quantity coffee blend locally in Watsonia shops. Pleasant outdoor seating area too off the main road. Highly recommended. Best to use these local small businesses, else we loose them !!!

Forgot to take a photo with my Reuben Sandwiches. Nice food and coffee there. As I live nearby, this will be one of my favorite choice in the future.

Love this little Cafe tucked around the corner in Watsonia. Slightly off the beaten track, and so the service is much quicker than the popular A-Team Kitchen, but the coffee is just as good. Features a delicious comprehensive breakfasmenu cooked by a skilled in-house chef. The Cafe is family run and this is reflected in the friendly and welcoming service, and a long list of regulars! The owner is also community minded and donates coffee grounds to local veggie gardens. Locals know this is the spot to go for a sit in meal out of the fast lane, or a takeaway brekkie burger or toastie between errands. Prices are really reasonable and you always leave happy & satisfied.

Beautiful little café hidden away in the side streets of Watsonia, the coffee and food there are just divine. In combination with their food the customer service is spot and the staff are extremely friendly!! I totally recommend giving this place a try if you are in the area.

Probably be the best coffee in the area (and we have been to lots of cafes) they don't have the largest coffees (large is the regular) but it is only the price of a regular so I just get a large and a small. Ruben and Crunchy Boy are fantastic.

Had some takeaway sandwiches from this cafe today. BEST. SANDWICH. EVER. I had 'the club'
We're talking fresh artisan style bread.
We're talking chicken breast, sliced... not that sandwich chicken loaf crud.
Fresh lettuce and tomato? That right. The whole works.
To top this LEGENDARY sandwich off melted cheese.
Oiled before toasted... nuf said.👍

The best Vegetarian breakfast in Victoria. Generous size, a great variety of different foods on the plate and beautifully presented. I'm sending other cafe owners to Syrup so they can learn how to make a vegetarian brekky.

The food and coffee has always been great when I have visited, and the staff have always been very kind and pleasant. Would definitely recommend a visit!
