Stratco Ferntree Gully

I have been using Stratco Ferntree Gully for all our renovations over the last 10 years. Brook has been absolutely fantastic with her knowledge of the Stratco range.
We purchased a garage 9 x 6 m as our first purchase and then re clad our house with colorbond sheets
We recently revisited the shop now half the size it used to be pre Covid times, and were surprised she was not there. Any way we ordered a new garage at the beginning of February 2022. The order has been slow due to the design requiring engineering. Dropped in the. Other day to be pleasantly surprised to see Brook Davey back on the scene.
Brook printed out a copy of my order and together we redesigned the garage/shed to make it easier for the engineering
I was so impressed as i know her knowledge will get my shed over the line and ready to install.
I believe she would make a very good manager of the store if ever a position becomes available in the future

David at the store has helped revise the drafts multiple times as I was evolving the design of my veranda, from reviewing pictures and send, matching my measurements with their products, to advising on materials and designs. He and his team have always been agreeable and flexible, despite the long drawn process. In the process of finalising and getting the the final product stand up now. Can't wait to enjoy my upgraded backyard.

Owners wanted to cover old air conditioner units on common property. The Stratco covers are fabulous, slide over to cover in a flash. Well made, easy to assemble & weatherproof timber a bonus.

We had a really good customer service experience with Dohc at the Ferntree Gully store, and are very happy with the quality and specs of the finished fencing and balustrade products. We had a complex non-uniform set of assorted measurements to fit the panels into existing infrastructure at home, and they all turned out perfect. Slight delivery mishap with a box of our brackets missing but stratco managed to urgent courier them over same day when we notified them. Overall we would highly recommend!

Service was great. Product is good for price. I have kids so a sturdy fence around the spa was necessary.

My project has rather long and painful approval process with council and still going on after almost year.
Just can't imagine how we go this far without help from David and James with multiple modifications with the original plan.
If your project has approval involved, go with big suppliers like Stratco.

Ordered online click and collect. Was ready when they said it would be and hte guys instore offered good advice when i collected. Inverter cover was easy to assemble and looks great. 10/10

I had a small side fence to put in before the grandkids arrive for Christmas. I worked what was required and checked on the Stratco Website, very easy to work out the total cost of my project. On visiting Stratco Ferntree Gully I was met by Stuart who sourced all my needs and brought all thegoodsto my car. Stuart was excellent, very friendly and offered very helpful sdvice.

Good advice on getting what I needed for my project.

Could not be happier with my Stratco Sanctuary Patio (Carport) structure. James was excellent to deal with and everything went smooth and rapidly which I appreciated. I was surprised that all lengths were oversize so as we could cut down to length required. I did make some mistakes in my measurements, but it was not a problem and even allowed it to be a more perfect fit on installation then I had hoped.

I just came in with my neighbour to this Stratco shop at Ferntree Gully to look at the fences. The moment we walked in, we were attended by a young guy with a smile and his name is Michael. He was attentive, polite and helpful. Both of us were really happy with his service and we have selected the fence product type and colour that we wanted. Overall, it was a great experience. We will not hesitate to recommend this shop to our family and friends.

Went to Stratco Ferntree Gully and was provided a quote by David.
I'd received quotes from other places, but this was the most competitive and easy to deal with.
David was responsive to the request and happy to adjust anything on the shed required. I'm fussy, so even when calling David to confirm details, he we would take my call even if busy. Give these guys a call and have a chat with the team initially.
If you get in contact with David, you won't be disappointed with the interaction.
Looks like I'll be getting my shed delivered around mid July! Wow!
