Due to a hectic life with no time and wanting to improve my overall health I decided to seek out an alternative method to gain wellbeing in all areas affected by our demanding modern life.
Before doing my research, I was not aware that Acupuncture is a 2,000-year-old science. Being an ancient practice of integrative medicine, acupuncture entails pricking the skin with thin needles at strategic points to alleviate pain and treat various physical, mental, and emotional conditions.
Acupuncture is an effective tool for better health and longevity. It can also be more holistic and customized at a time when many feel that healthcare is lacking personalisation.
Acupuncture doesn’t just calm the body, but the mind and spirit as well.
