Thank you Matt and all of your team for creating a memorable event for us. Our Christmas party was a chance for us to thank our nearest and dearest and your food, service and ambient restaurant did the job nicely. Keep doing what you’re doing.

The woof woof pizza was the star of the show! Highly recommend Uptown for private events and group dining.

I have been to this place nearly everytime i am in Albury....if not booked out. My suggestion is to book ahead as this place gets that busy and rightfully so!! Amazing food from entree to main with great selection along with fabulous woodfire pizza. Never dissapointed.

Best Italian on the Murray ! Farmer dylan was a legend and provided the best service. Food was too good to be true. Garlic bread , pasta and pizza. Must try in Albury.

By far the best restaurant in albury. We visit for lunch/dinner for any special occasion and order take away when we can’t get in to the restaurant. We recently held an event for 50 people in the uptown space and the staff could not have been more accommodating! Worked with me on a selected menu for our guests to choose from and everything was fresh and delicious. I had been communicating with them via email and phone for a few weeks leading up to the event and nothing was too much trouble for them. They went above and beyond to ensure we had the best experience possible.
My husband and I can’t wait for our next visit!

Let’s start from the point that I am Italian , shared 2 pizzas they were good but not really italian style, that’s fine we are in Australia . The alfresco area was nice , better than sitting inside in the air con , but what really made out night was DYLAN ! Great waiter , we looked after us from when we arrived till we left , big smile on his face and super helpful . Thanks Downtown Pizzeria

Wow absolutely amazing!! We had the pleasure of having dinner tonight at Downtown tonight. It was delicious we ordered a few meals pizza/pasta & steak all were 10/10 The service was great & the owner Matty was so accommodating Thank you Thank you cannot wait to visit again highly recommend 😊

Awesome pizzas! We live in Brisbane and as a family we are very particular about only eating gourmet pizza. There is literally only three places in Brisbane that we think makes outstanding gourmet pizza! You can imagine our surprise when we turned up to this large country town and found a restaurant which made what we thought were some of the best pizzas we have ever eaten. The bases, which are made by hand, were thick and yet crisp. The sauce base was very tasty. The ingredients were fresh. They were outstanding pizzas!
However, there was something very unusual going on!? Whenever people at a table had finished their pizzas a staff member would come over and clean the table with some form of bleach or ammonia. The inside of this pizza restaurant literally smelt like a hospital! We immediately moved outside to eat our pizzas which, as I've mentioned, were outstanding. If you don't want to smell a hospital bleach/ammonia smell whilst you eat your pizza you need to sit outside!

Tuesday night found ourselves in town, dropped into Downtown Pizzeria. The whole place looked to be full but they gave us a table for two without an issue.
Staff were friendly and happy to accommodate requests.
The sharing meat platter was outstanding, tender and overflowing with flavour.

We have been here before for dinner but decided to do lunch this time when in town and it was amazing. Way too much as our eyes proved bigger than our bellies. We had the trio of dips and the Chefs tasting platter. It was fresh and tasty with a wide selection of meats and cheeses and dips. The vege kebab was very tasty and not something I would normally try. Service was fantastic. Dont go past, drop in and try something. We have not been disappointed to date.

Wonderful pizza, quick, hot, with a crispy base. Staff are charming, attentive, and knowledgeable.

Amazing food. Traditional wood fired pizza were amazing. Lots of non-pizza/pasta dishes available as well.

A number of Keto/Low carb options on the menu.

Quite busy so recommend booking a table in advance. It's also pretty loud inside so probably not ideal for a quiet date night.

We stopped in on an overnight in Albury. We’ve been three or four other times, each time our meals have been great. Large sizes and super tasty. The staff always make my son feel special too.

We had the Cajun chicken and prawn pasta (many times haha) and lasagna.

The garlic cheese pizza is also lovely, as is the one with pumpkin, pesto and pine nuts.

Great food but so noisy inside. The grilled meat share plate is huge and very tasty.It comes with a veg, but they were very happy to serve it with salad instead.

My only complaint is why cant i give them 10 stars! So far

Tried this place on main strip in Albury on a Sunday night.

We didn't book so were taken upstairs but it was very nice upstairs and a lot quieter than busy downstairs.

We order a few pizzas, spaghetti carbonara and ribs. All the good was very tasty and the waitress upstairs was very friendly.

I recommend booking if you are going there.

Possibly the best gnocchi I've ever eaten 😋. Service was excellent and fun. We finished our dinner with a tiramisu and espresso martini (again possibly the best ever). Price was very reasonable. Can't wait to eat here again.

Great little restaurant in the heart of Albury and I'm already looking forward to our next visit here!

Woodfire pizza was outstanding
