Alison is an excellent teacher of yoga. She has an extensive knowledge of asanas and this, combined with her empathetic and caring teaching style encourages students of all abilities. I have attended classes with Alison for 4 years. At the start I was very rusty,but with Alison's encouragement and direction, over that time I have improved my yoga practice and consequenty, my health dramatically. The studio has a beautiful forest outlook and classes are limited to a maximum of 6. This allows Alison to ensure each student is correctly aligned and so receiving most benefit from each asana. I highly recommend Alison as a yoga teacher.

The small class setting and lovely environment creates the perfect atmosphere for a relaxing yet energising experience.
