Jamie, Shane and the Team at Elixir have greatly improved my quality of life through using their products. They have helped me to understand my health issues and what I need to do to continue in good health. I highly recommend speaking to them about your health issues.

I’ve been using the skin care range from Elixir for a few weeks now and I’m very happy with the results! The products are high quality (as is the packaging and applicators) with subtle scents. The standouts have been the cleanser, daily moisturiser and peptide lip gloss with evident results within a short time frame.
Shane and Jamie are both absolutely wonderful, and clearly have a passion for what they do and helping their community.

Shane and Jamie are a wealth of knowledge. They are kind and empathetic and always happy to help. I found Elixir Compounding Pharmacy on Google Maps when I was prescribed PEA. Shane helped me understand how it works and emailed lots of information. Ordering is very easy on the website and everything gets shipped express post or you can order over the phone.

Had skin problems on my hands after years of sun and trade work. Was given a small jar of cream to try, which helped.
Bought a tube to keep using it and cleared up my problem, really impressed.

Highly recommended compounding pharmacy. Excellent customer service, staff are knowledgeable , caring and take a person centred approach to dealing with their customers rather than treating them like a number. The staff are friendly and genuinely want to help people improve their health, there is no high pressured sales techniques either, just sincerity and genuineness. Shane is so kind and helpful too. The skincare range is excellent, same with the PEA powder and NAC capsules, the stock is clean and pure. If I could give a star rating over the available five stars I certainly would. I cannot speak highly enough of Elixir – definitely 10 stars from me! I have spoken mainly with Danica, and also Jamie. They are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, and really do go out of their way to assist. I live in another state and they were very resourceful in helping with a postal delay not of their making. It is so reassuring to know they are only a phone call away. No matter how many questions you have or how many times you call, they are so patient and brilliant at making you feel at ease and ensuring that you’re well informed. I thank them so much for their wonderful support and assistance.

Shane & Jamie are fantastic! The level of care and attention displayed by Shane & Jamie and their staff is absolutely terrific. I have had scripts filled out in person in store and had scripts filled by post. Both are awesome! You would be hard pressed to find a better Compound Pharmacy! If I could have awarded Elixir Compound Pharmacy more than 5 stars, I would have!

The products are amazing, the staff are amazing and the support is amazing as well.

Jamie and Shane are absolutely amazing! I first came upon Elixir compounding pharmacy over 1 year ago on Google while trying to find a compounding pharmacy that stocked a particular medication for my son. Although I have never been to the pharmacy in person and have always dealt with Jamie over emails and phone calls, it has been a pleasure to always have a little chat with her to just 'catch up', especially during covid lockdown, not very many businesses out there does that really. They are so friendly and down to earth and knowledgeable in their field of work.

I wish i could give Elixir Compounding Chemist 1 million stars!!! This chemist is truly amazing. The staff are so friendly and helpful and their pharmaceuticals work wonders! I was allergic to a medication I was taking at a standard chemist and had absolutely no issues with Elixirs medication. They were always so quick to make it up without any hassle. I have recently utilised the services of Elixir and I was really impressed with how helpful Jamie Leong and Shane were (I asked for a business card). They were extremely knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and assisted me with ideas to go back and discuss with my medical team. They were empathetic to my situation (which I really appreciated). I have never used a compounding pharmacy previously, however after the time they gave me, as well as detailed information and genuine empathy, I was really impressed. The service was a delightful surprise.

Service, service, service - just exception service from Elixir! We went there to get a script for our Son made (compounded). We'd tried different scripts before (from other pharmacies) which basically caused our Son to go crazy!

My wife spoke to the pharmacist, telling her about the issues we've had in the past (again, not with Elixir) and some of the challenges/requirements we have with our Son.

The pharmacist was just amazing. Based on her experiences, she was able to tweak the formula to not have an adverse reaction for our Son, but that's not all.

Obviously, when you drop a script off, the Pharmacist has your address. She looked at our address, noted that our house was actually on her way home from the pharmacy, and offered to drop it off past our house on her way home (please, everyone, don't expect this from her - we were just lucky to be on her way home :-) ), but that's the kind of old-fashioned service that keeps people coming back.

The knowledge and kindness of Shane and Jaime has put myself on the road to recovery, 5 years it has taken me to find someone who has a passion and understanding of chronic pain and fibromyalgia. I was at my wits end with what to take to help as meds from the dr were only just taking "the edge"off. Im only 9 weeks in to following Shanes fibromyalgia protocol and ive gone down from daily pain at a 9/10 to a 4/10 and have now stopped 1 of my medications. You must be patient believe in the scientific protocol and you can lead a more comfortable life. I was recommended to take this medication (N-Acetyl-Cysteine 600mg and Palmitoylethanolamide 400mg) from a friend after a medical problem causing low energy and a general daily uncomfortable feeling. I saw a massive difference in my energy levels after only 1-2 weeks of taking the medication. It even improved my appetite and sleeping.
