My partner and I visited this store today to purchase a new mattress as we recently bought a Koala online and absolutely hate it. Roger assisted us and we were so impressed with his service- he is very attentive, patient, friendly and honest. He was able to find us a mattress that suited us both, which is tricky as according to the mattress machine they have in store my partner and I are complete opposites when it comes to firmness. He gave us a great deal on the mattress and 2 pillows. We are very excited to receive our new mattress and would highly recommend Snooze ferntree gully and Roger.

I can't thank the people at this store enough for their help. When I came in to purchase a mattress I wasn't focussed as my son was screaming and we hadn't been well. I purchased a mattress that wasn't right for me and after talking with the team they were absolutely exceptional in assisting me. They went above and beyond to help. I'm so grateful 🙏 Thankyou so much.

My partner and I visited snooze yesterday and spoke to David, who was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful.
We ultimately weren’t able to purchase a mattress because of money at the moment, but we now know what we’re looking for and don’t want to settle on a cheap one like we were going to.
Snooze and David will be our first point of call when we’re ready.

My partner and I came in with no knowledge on the perfect mattress for us or mattress types in general, especially having to be particular in finding one that with help with my girlfriends back issues. Phil guided us with his extremely comprehensive knowledge and taught us a thing or two. AMAZING SERVICE! store is very pleasant to be in,(quiet and relaxing) and staff were extremely helpful in choosing and deciding on a mattress to last 10yrs(and why you shouldn't keep a mattress longer than 10yrs). The confidence in the brands and explaining the differences in materials used helped us choose something that will be better for our health and sleep.

My husband and I purchased a mattress from Snooze yesterday and we were so impressed with the service from Phil. He really knows his stuff but is in no way pushy. It is really great to buy from someone who knows their product so well.

My partner & I went in with absolutely no idea what we wanted - up to now we've been sleeping on a $200 IKEA mattress. We were served by a lovely lady and an expert by the name of Phil who asked us what our budget was and immediately presented 3 mattresses that were fantastic. Made us feel like our budget was respected & the whole customer service experience was impeccable. Would recommend 10/10.

Outstanding customer service.
My wife and i visited Snooze to look at a new mattress and bedroom suite. We had looked at a number on line and headed to Snooze in Ferntree Gully.
We walked in and headed over to a display. We were greeted with a simple good morning, and were left alone for a few minutes (perhaps 5).
Phil made his way over to us and asked if we needed an assistance.
We explained what we were looking for.
Phil then explained the recommended procedure to select a new mattress. His knowledge in the products was outstanding and his advice was invaluable.
Unlike a lot of sales people, Phil was interested in helping us stay with in a budget while ensuring we looked at quality products.
I can not recommend Phil highly enough.
Phil is courteous, patient, prepared to listen and is a gentleman.

The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. They were more than happy to help select the perfect mattress.
Unfortunately I chose one that they didn't have in stock, but they got on the phone and organised for us to pick up the mattress from Nunawading and it was waiting at the front door to be picked up when we got there.
I couldn't have been happier with the service and product we received.

David was fantastic to deal with. Super helpful and knowledgeable. Spent time with my teenagers explaining how to choose the right mattress. New my price range and kept within in it, never tried to up sell. Fantastic customer service, highly recommend. Didn’t get this type of service at other mattress retailers.

The best sales experience we’ve ever had.
David was very thorough and spent a long time with us. Definitely knows his stuff.
David could have sold us a more expensive product but instead talked us through the best mattresses for our needs.
We’ve been sleeping on it for a few days now and are so so pleased with the purchase.

We were served by Alicia, she was really helpful and knowledgeable with helping us choose a new mattress. She was also patient and happy to answer any questions, she also gave us a good deal on a mattress protector. Would recommend shopping here, especially if you're a Velocity member or RACV member as they provide discounts for both.
