Outcome was awesome! I received a call not long after they were meant to arrive to let me know he had a problem getting to us. But the replacement Anthony turned up when I was advised he would and did the job with a professional approach. Complimented me on my knowledge [yep it's my house, I should know what is going on]. Gave me a quick brief on his recommendations before he left. Happy :)

Leak developed between shower and study - Anthony made time the same day and was punctual, professional and quite thorough. He carefully explained what it was and what it wasn't, and pointed out any other possibilities even if very unlikely as he found the leak. Price was fair and after last plumber (that was a local Cooroy rip off merchant) it was great to deal with a thoroughly decent and reliable business again. Will be my plumbing "goto" now for all things plumbing.

The company were able to respond to my issue within 18 hours of me contacting them which was excellent. They rectified the problem and were very reasonably priced. Would definitely use them again. Gas leak was detected, fixed and pressures tested to ensure repair was successful

Since having the work done all the tenants have been praising what a friendly, clean and professional tradesman Mitch was, and the completed job is faultless. I am very happy with Gregors Plumbing call out emergency service. The control shut off valve on the main water supply of my home failed, and was leaking very badly.
I called Gregors Plumbing on a Friday night at 7PM to attend my call out emergency service, he arrived in 20 minutes to assess the problem and it was clear that the water to the complex had to be shut off and a new shut off control valve installed. He was very kind and approachable and it was a peace of mind having Gregors Plumbing addressing my emergency water issue at the apartment.
I would not have any hesitations to either recommend Gregors Plumbing services or call him again should I have any plumbing issues ay my home again.

I had a leaking water main on my rental property.
I messaged the guys at Gregor's on a weekend of my dilemma. They were quick to respond and were at the job first thing Monday fixing the problem.

First the nightmare. After two long years you have just about finished renovating your new house and your wife is happy, and as they say, a happy wife makes for a happy life. Then one day your wife claims she can feel warm floor tiles in the kitchen, corridor and bathroom. Being a male you immediately go into denial mode, claiming sensitive feet as the cause of this phenomenon, but the plumber still gets called.

“Hate to tell you this folks but you’ve got an in-slab leak in one of your hot water pipes!”

Don’t you just hate it when they are always right! Now the nightmare images start to appear. Jackhammers tearing up tiles and concrete, dust and chaos. “Sorry, Sir, they stopped making those tiles last year.”

Then in comes Anthony from Gregor Plumbing and Gas in his trusty white charger.

“I don’t want to get your hopes up folks but I may have found a solution. If the defective pipe only carries hot water to the kitchen and I can locate the pipe inlet, I could cut and cap it and install a neat, little hot water heater under your kitchen sink.”

We adopt the prayer position beside Anthony as he punches a small wall into an external wall. Hallelujah! Our prayers have been answered, he’s found the pipe, cut and capped it and has ordered the new hot water heater!

Understandably my wife has now nominated Anthony for Sainthood!

Despite the difficulties in inspecting multiple properties in a short space of time the job was completed in a smooth operation and many owners complimented the efficiency and courtesy of your staff.

Had an emergency plumbing issue in our unit block - arrived when said would, cheerful and friendly, identified the problem and fixed it, made a huge mess (was outside, tree roots had broken into pipes) and TOTALLY CLEANED UP! fabulous
