Lee helped me understand how I could build up my core muscles to protect my back. I've been exercising with him every week since. It's made such a difference to my life (excuse the pun). Honestly lifting my son in and out of his wheelchair is so much more comfortable.

Excellent pregnancy massage by Maria at Make a Difference! Super relaxing and therapeutic as well, worked so well to ease my aches and pains. Maria is very experienced and gave great advice for ongoing relief. I love the holistic approach she takes and look forward to my next appointment
