This store is fantastic. Dom & Nat knows their stuff. A lovely mum & daughter team. Dom is an award winning designer, a dressmaker & stylist. Nat has studied design, is honest & very helpful. They are great at putting an outfit together, even offering personalise alterations! They could not be more helpful/reasonable regarding returns/faulty goods. I am always disappointed to see people choose a public forum to vent their negativity. A trip to this store is well worth it. i bought some gorgeous, unique pieces, at one of their regular, fun charity events.

Generally I wouldn’t post negatively on a small business but honestly, this woman was so rude. I tried on 1 item and politely told her it wasn’t right on me and hung it back, I got a rude reply and no goodbye. I felt so awkward walking out and not saying bye! Just because I haven’t bought something today, always be polite, 101 in owning a small business.

Not loving the condescending nature of the reply, sorry guys, 1 star. I was the only customer in store, you didn’t miss me, you were just rude ;)

Bought a lovely linen/stretch cotton top on 23 Nov, wore it once, washed it then found a hole in the stretch cotton. Phoned & took it back, Natalie said she had to ask her Mum about a refund - after my 40 minute drive! This was after comments - did your machine do this? No need for a refund, it can be repaired, we’ll fix it. You bought it way back in Nov (37 days!) & manufacturer won’t like that. I can’t give you a refund, I’ll get my mum to call you tomorrow. Now 3 business day later & still waiting! It’s the law to give a refund on defective goods, not argue about it.
Not impressed AT ALL. I had arranged a large group of friends/neighbours to visit the shop in a few weeks, that won’t be happening now. I don’t want to recommend a place that gives rubbish customer service.
