I just had the most remarkable experience shopping at Jeanswest - Noosa Civic. The service was outstanding, it was like having a personal shopper! Isabelle went out of her way to help me (I hate trying on clothes) she suggested styles and sizes she thought would work, was honest about what she thought and was bang on! So lovely to have such a great experience!

The Staff at this store are so friendly and helpful. Best customer service! I can't wait to they reopen.

Always understaffed & you've always got to wait around. And from every experience I've had in this store.. The staff are rude, they ignore you (instead of saying, I'll be with you shortly) And the interactions are never bubbly and friendly and quite often feel judgemental (offering bigger sizes then you select).. It's a shame, as I do shop here. I just brace myself before going in...

I have regularly shopped at Jeanswest in Noosa Civic for over 18 months, but will absolutely never return. I had the rudest encounter with a female staff member who insisted on following me around and repeatedly asked if I needed help. I declined each time politely. When she took the 2 items I had in hand into a change room for me, she added 3 additional items that I did not ask for. But the worst part was, she got me a top two sizes bigger than the one I had selected for myself! When I asked where she had gotten my size from, she said from the clothes I had selected, and when I said she had picked one bigger than my size, she floundered. Not really sure why I was the object of her hatred today.
