Five stars. Michael’s a genuinely awesome bloke who knows this community like the back of his hand. He puts in the extra effort to make sure everyone is looked after and the best possible deal is made. He works around the clock and gives 110%. We have got to know Michael well over the years and often run into him at the local IGA or down the street. He always has time for a chat and a check in. Michael is always professional and honest. This is a long review, but important to set the scene. And YES, this is why WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND Wayne Colley. He is very genuine, likeable, knows his stuff and keeps you well informed. He goes out of his way to make sure you get exactly what you want. [both parties].
We have owned this block for 30 years hoping to retire there. Circumstances changed and we couldn’t visit anymore, so needed to sell. We approached Wayne, and discussed selling it, told our story and voiced our concerns.
[We had visited the block over the years, every time we had a few days off. – a caravan, fruit trees, dam, large shed etc. We adored it. The peace and quiet, the birds, wild ducks on dam and other wildlife, [especially kangaroos and joeys resting in the shade of the fruit trees so close to us. Plus neighbour’s chooks and Guinea fowl foraging with their young etc.]
We told Wayne our main concern was that the new owner might come from thousands of km away, and not see the block and the area as we did. [Could be all lawn, cabana and boat on dam etc. – Yes, it happens!] We wanted a buyer, [preferably local], who wanted the same things for the block as we did! [I know – a big ask of the Agent.]
So, as Wayne knows the area and market intimately, we decided to go Off-Market, which worked out so well! Within days Wayne had buyers, and we found the ONE! A local, like minded person, who loved the block. [even though very dry at the time]. So - Contracts signed - and SOLD.

Persistent Personable Professional. We knew when we first met Shannon at an Open, that he was who we wanted to sell our home. He was open, helpful, professional & approachable. Our property was unique in its location, terrain and construction. It was always going to be a difficult sale as only a few people would be the right type of buyer. It was a deceased estate and Glenn and their team did a great job communicating with the the two executors at every step. The sale was well marketed and correctly targeted as was proven later by the enquiries and the eventual buyer. It was sold in the first weekend of the campaign. We have used them before in a much tougher market and found them just as diligent at that time. I would definitely recommend them to any one in the area.
