Best butcher in Cooroy, awesome steaks, chops and roasts

I called around every butcher in the region to find some specific Rib Fillets (for competition practice), I ended up speaking with Peter at Wright Cut meats. Not only did he have better than what I was after, but was also the best price by a few $$ / Kilo on it (win/win for me).

I have placed a large order for later this week and look forward to receiving more quality fresh meat.

Amazing butchery. I really like the range of free range meats and the price for those free range meats is very reasonable. I often try to plan my travels when I'm travelling near by to stop in and stock up, as I live around 40 mins away.

Excellent meet, French mergueze and Italian sausages , pricing is reasonable, ham is fantastic! But beyond meet, it’s the pleasure to have a chat with your butcher, lovely and welcoming.

Just had the best golden band Snapper, so fresh, absolutely best fish we have had for ages.

Peter and the team at Wright Cut Meats are awesome. Quality, customer service and a lovely family business. Don't go anywhere else and I recommend this with my business!

I purchased some lamb racks and they were amazing and a very reasonable price. Getting some more soon and can't wait. :)

Place to be I tell ya!

Purchased some T-bones, Rump steaks and Cattlemen's steaks recently at this shop. Firstly, the person that served was very helpful and friendly and could not do enough for you. However the steaks that were purchased were very fatty and tough as leather boots. ( No they were not cooked incorrectly). I do not mind paying premium prices for quality meat, however I will not purchase any more Steaks from here as the quality of the meat does not reflect the high prices. Sorry guys but that's my honest opinion. 3 Stars for the friendly service and the clean shop though.

Everybody: "Ill use Google to find out what time this place closes! Oh great, doesn't close until 5.45pm! I'll support the little guys"

Me: Gets to Wright Cut Meats and tries to open the door but it's locked at 5.07pm looking like a complete idiot whilst being stared at by the man inside looking at me like a I am complete idiot because they actual close at 5pm.... So then I went to IGA. Never to use them again. Lovely meat but make sure never to use Google to see what time things are open. Just guess or use the other Butcher around the corner who was actually open.

The owner took exception when I complained about the scrag ends of sliced ham he had sold me for about $30 a kilo.
I asked to trade them in for a $24 piece of ham but he gave me my money back and told me they don't take insults there.
He obviously thought I was just a blow in but, in fact, my wife has been a customer for many years but she had to send me as she's just had a hip replacement.
I won't be letting her go back in the future!
