We've recently finished up our rental after 3 years with the Robert James team in Tewantin.

Mel, Karen and Matt between them were fantastic at keeping us informed in a timely manner which had us feeling really supported during the current and competitive rental market in Tewantin and the Sunshine Coast.

Mel worked tirelessly to negotiate fairly between ourselves and the property owner, along with Matt the Maintenance Manager.

Remaining professional at all times, we were supported and felt very looked after during the 3 years we were renting via Robert James.

Matt stepped in with the additional support toward the end of our contract. We were moving under a pressured timeline, across the country so my partner could return to work asap. Matt helped us with our inspection in a timely manner that was supportive in helping us to get out of town on time to meet our return to work deadline.

During the initial meeting, we were impressed with the methodical way the sale process was explained, and when we were presented with their agency's historical sales data, we knew Rob and Racheal were the right choices for us.
Despite a slowing down in the market during the sales campaign, Rob's calm and positive approach somewhat allayed our seller's anxiety. At no stage during the campaign did Rob attempt to persuade us to reduce the sale price, a common agent ploy to get a quick sale.
Open-house feedback, both verbally and via Email, was outstanding and enabled us to appreciate the amount of behind-the-scene work carried out.

Patient and professional .
Marie was great to buy through. She was approachable and patient when there were some hurdles to overcome. She went the extra mile to help clarify any matters we were unsure of. Always answers her phone and was a pleasure to deal with!

Marie had our back right through the selling process. Marie gave advice in the preparation of our property interior prior to listing and continued to be an advocate for us in regards to some body Corp clarification throughout and even after the settlement of the sale. Her optimism regarding possible price was contagious and we were delighted when she achieved a price higher than we expected.
We appreciate her efforts on our behalf and felt that we benefited from her continued sales in the Riverlands complex.

As a footnote there were some disappointing spelling, grammar and awkward expression errors in the listing script along with some highly detrimental images from times past. Irritating but relatively easily fixed. Additionally a double billing for some costs indicated that the support office staff were not equal to Marie’s high standard of service.

Smooth Negotiations.

From the moment we engaged with Rob, we found he was passionate about the area we were buying and details about the features / benefits of the Home. The negotiations to achieve our budget was smooth and once an agreement was made, Rob followed through with the settlement for both ourselves (The Buyers) and the Sellers to our mutual satisfaction. My Wife & I have purchased many properties over our journey, and this purchase was the most pleasant through dealing with Rob and his team. I would certainly work with Rob on our next Sale or Purchase because of this experience.

Marie was awesome to work with. Our process of buying a house with Marie was smooth and simple. She was clear about the timelines, introduced us to a solicitor to help with closing details and kept us up to date with key events. She brings with her a very Noosa charm and makes the house buying process as relaxing as a vacation.

Very friendly, communicative, reassuring & professional service for my elderly mother. Rob was very professional & realistic price-wise for my mother, Rachel was her usual friendly & gracious self, my mother thought she was lovely. The application process was smooth and so efficient in terms of advising us of the outcome of our application and organising the lease, keys etc. Issues that needed tending to following the previous tenant's exit have been dealt with promptly.
